I don’t think your allowed to ask for the credit card number of the customer, your only allowed to ask for the last 4 digit of the customers credit card number and it’s under the law and policy of bpo industry, you might get punished for this
Hi Joanna, it actually depends on the account/program you're in, this mock call may not be appropriate in your account but in my account same as with my husband's, we're allowed to ask for it.
