    I been working with telco account for almost 3 months now and I was so pressure to pitch mobile and internet and I feel that im not getting any improve about my sale's pitch and thinking about resigning and looking for a different job but there's something about me that won let me give up to do my best and give it a shot again..     I don’t think your allowed to ask for the credit card number of the customer, your only allowed to ask for the last 4 digit of the customers credit card number and it’s under the law and policy of bpo industry, you might get punished for this

      Hi Joanna, it actually depends on the account/program you're in, this mock call may not be appropriate in your account but in my account same as with my husband's, we're allowed to ask for it.
