Though even if they had 3000+ LP, not Ashing the Prospy wouldn't be TOO questionable; as the only Timelord that wouldn't result in the duel ending via Imperm would be Sandaion since they didn't have the requirements for Sephylon, assuming they even play the boss for divines know what reason. Doubt they did, but you never know. I've definitely seen stupider deck choices. And there were still those 2 mystery back rows that had to be taken into consideration. So honestly speaking, taking the risk on letting them Prospy seems like it'd be the ideal play even in safe conditions. Though granted, I don't know Unchained lines; so I don't know if there's something they could have drawn/played after popping the Chain Energy that could have led to a potential victory despite Swords and the 2 mystery cards.
I pray somehow none of my replays get found whenever he looks at low ranked duelists. I haven't played in awhile, got ranked down to Rookie and I've been grinding the ladder with awful, terrible decks. I probably look like an insane man trying to mill Yubel and Snake Eyes with Ghostrick Skeleton.
Dark Magical Circle will allow you to add a spell/trap that mentions "Dark Magician", yes. However, The Eye of Timaeus mentions "a Dark Magician monster", rather than explicitly naming Dark Magician as a target. As a result, The Eye of Timaeus is not valid to add if seen off of Dark Magical Circle, nor indeed can any of the jank-ass Dark Magician searchers add it. It's an incredibly dumb oversight on Konami's part in my opinion.
Also as another aside, Dark Magical Circle doesn't excavate, it looks. The distinction is important, as excavating reveals the cards to both players, whereas in the case of looking, unless otherwise specified, you don't have to reveal them to your opponent.
@@jarvismanning8829 Could be because EoT was printed 2 years before a lot of the big ways to get cards to hand were, so they may not have printed it expecting a way to search. Really just one of many problems with the deck though.
If he detached raider's knight it wouldn't be negated, neither would rusty bardiche, and nothing on their board had any effects either way, so I think it would've been the right play.

Abit of an oversight and mildly annoying since EoT Dmc and rod have dark magician in quotes. So with how it read for me is could add them
