- Lisa Kudrow mourns Matthew Perry on Instagram, recalling how the actor made her 'muscles ache' from laughing. She's the final 'Friends' main cast member to speak out in the wake of Matthew's death, following previous tributes from Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox. All five co-stars attended Matthew's funeral in Los Angeles on Nov. 3.

I like how matthew said to lisa and matt leblanc that he was everyones favorite character on the show because he actually was my favorite character on freinds. He was sarcastic funny and sweet all at the same time. He was also ruggedly handsome in his prime. Rest in peace matthew you were so handsome and you were a good person.

I truly feel bad for everyone who refuse to give this show a chance. Or the people who pretend they gave it a chance when really they watched 5 min of a random episode. Youre truly missing out on a lifetime of laughter. And youre also missing out on Mathew Perry. Non friends fans just dont understand. Rest in peace Mathew. You will never be forgotten and will be forever in our hearts and chandler will be forever on our tv screens making us laugh for the rest of our lives.
Part of it is it hit the screens at the same time Seinfeld really hit its stride - its fifth season in 1994 was a bigger turning point than the supposed 1992/3 breakout years. I remember saying to someone at the time "why would you watch that when you can watch Seinfeld?". Additionally it superficially seemed to try to model itself off Seinfeld - friends in an apartment arguing over stuff. At first glance, it might've even looked like a show trying to go toe to toe with Seinfeld or even usurp its crown with a more mainstream cast, which of course couldn't have been more offputting to diehard fans or enthusiasts. How big it would have been without Seinfeld is a question never asked but one that should be, because it would have been immense.
Amen to that. I feel that we, as true fans of F•R•I•E•N•D•S, will always be bonded in a huge and very special group of strangers from all over the world. If others can't understand our attraction to the show and the six characters that made it the success that it is, even after almost 30 years later, it's their loss.
But the loss of the irreplaceable Matthew Perry, who brought our Friend Chandler Bing to life, will always be heartbreaking for us.
Thanks for the many laughs Matthew. We'll never forget you or Chandler. Love and Peace to you Always 💔♥️🌹

@@joshuaa1605 I've never actually watched Friends so I can't comment but there are quite a few Seinfeld episodes written by Larry David that show things that have never been shown on TV ever before, in a very clever and subtle way. I mean like the way that things pan out from small beginnings - like Jerry talking about being unable to rent a house in Tuscany and by the end of the show he's in Tuscany renting something and things like that. It sounds simple but these little nuggets of wisdom pop up all over many Seinfeld episodes and make you think a lot about human psychology, God or fate, there being "another hand" in the affairs of man, human choices and thought modes. I'd encourage you to watch the show but not focus in any way on anyone's personalities or social natures - just look for the messages - the moral of the story a the end. How peoples identities can become subsumed by the most trivial things, and hijacked off of them by seemingly insignificant and meaningless or trifling sidetracks or minor deviations off their normal paths.
When you've never met someone but you feel like you know them and are a friend - it's a real testament to that person . I really will miss you Matthew. You made me laugh every time I watched you. 😍

Friends has been in my life through its ups and downs since I was a kid. Losing Matthew feels almost like losing someone i knew, for the immense flawless perfection he managed to deliver the multilayered, deep and fun character of Chandler, the king of sarcasm we all loved. he was always there with me, and he always will. I had just started a new run on Friends when I heard the news of he passing away, never could have thought I would do it for his memorial. Thank you Matthew Perry, you were incredible ❤

When you worked with good people who became your friends overtime. And even after your death they mourn for you and think about you in their thoughts those are true friends and very rare to find not like fake friends.

Of the 6 of them, Perry and Kudrow were the most natural comedians. They could have written, produced and stared in a new show together and it would have been a hit.

as a 90s kid who is almost 30 now, No other show will ever come close to this for me, there are close seconds but this will always be 1st. Regardless which random episode you decide to watch, you'll always be laughing and entertained by this show.

Everyone should REALLY rent and watch "SERVING SARA". Personally, I think it was Perry's absolute best work. The entire cast and crew were stunning as well. Seriously, it's a bloody great slapstick, fun, outrageous comedy starring some of the VERY BEST. Cedric, Campbell, Crews, Pastore, and even the incredible, indomitable Liz Hurley.
