- The Presidency says President Cyril Ramaphosa had informed suspended Public Protector, Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane, that her intention to return to work today, was misconceived.
It says that the President informed Mkhwebane in a letter that proceedings initiated by a Committee of the National Assembly looking into her fitness to hold office, has yet to be completed.

There she is exposing her legal illiteracy for the world to see. What an embarrassment. There is no trait of a lawyer in her system. She has to pay back the R29m.
The president must lift her suspension, she has no power to unsuspended herself. This clearly shows she doesn't understand law AT ALL.

I am not a lawyer, but reading sentences from the section is pretty clear for someone who can at least read english that the whole legislation will be complied with if the section is implemented fully, but not partially like Mkwebane wants it done, hence one can tell that Busi has no understanding of law at all
@@koolerkool8008 The fact remains that if Ramaphosa was the same public protector and doing the same blunders , if any, he would be found to have done nothing wrong.What do you even say about the fact that the high court found the removal of her by Ramaphosa to be illegal and unconstitutional?Before we get to her not abiding did Ramaphosa abide?

The court that found her suspension illegal was overturned by the highest court. So what are you talking about?
@@koolerkool8008 Ramaphosa's decision was also overturned and Mkhwebane's decision was also overturned so even the commission into her removal was not supposed to take place until the court had ruled on the two suspensions by them. But Ramaphosa ran to parliament and called for the process to begin this ignoring the courts.
Busisiwe Mukwebane is displaying total incompetence in her interpretation of the law. If she was suspended till the end of the inquiry now she decide to report to work pretending the inquiry has ended. What is the outcome of that inquiry 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂SHAME

These analysts don't interpret the law, they tell us what they think. People must understand that the law is not straight forward but it has so many loopholes n that's why there's no case without arguments. Analysts must put their legal arguments not stories.

Mkhwebane will be removed....she has displayed her incompetence even today...the inquiry is complete when the president is presented with recommendations and when the president makes a decision based on recommendations...it's simple, very simple in fact
She was suspended, right? She can't "unsuspend" herself...she must wait for whoever suspended her to lift the suspension
But that's what the committee is recommending to parliament n the majority of political parties are in support of her removal... The only thing left is for parliament to endorse the committee report or reject it, which is unlikely...
