If it says something like stop signing in with Microsoft account automatically than click on that and it should automatically switch to a local account, than you go to email and accounts and you should be able to just remove the account that you want to remove

The guest account is not the account you created it's deleting the original account any signing in with guest account that won't be having your e-mail then how u r creating any new account?

Well, apparently you need an account to use Windows 10. The local account does not require internet, so that's why I'm going with it. I let it have the same name as the user I sing in as.

So for anybody confused, say you want to get rid of the Microsoft account just follow these instructions once your logged in the local account you can choose to sign into a Microsoft Account again and pick the account if need be or a different account via email.

If your using 21H1, then use this
(It worked for me)
Go to accounts then sign in options
Then press "resetting local account password"
Click it
Close the window to change the password
And there!

Your title is a bit misleading. I setup Windows 10 as a local account but since I installed Office 2019 it has added 2 e-mail accounts. The worst part is you can't set the order or any options. Whatever e-mail address it refers to has access to all apps etc..
Whereas, my primary e-mail account listed 2nd has absolutely no options or rights of any kind. I HATE Windows 10
