Hello, I'm using the Arc A580 (as you know, I got one from Sparkle just like you did two months ago). In the Computer Management > Device Manager > Intel Arc A580 > Events section, I'm getting an error that says 'igfxnd could not be started.' The detailed event shows a Kernel-PnP 411 error. You're the only other person I know who uses an Arc GPU, so I wanted to ask if you've encountered this issue with your Arc graphics card. I haven't experienced any problems with gaming performance, but if this issue is hardware-related, I'm considering sending it in for service. I hope you have a good day.
Hey can you oc the arc a580 and then test how the game perform? Like in your arc control pannel set power consumption to high and set voltage offset to 25 and boost megahz to 30 . This way you get 2560 mhz rather than 2400mhz and the card draw more power to get better result. Maybe you will get 3-4 fps more
hi, sorry for bad english i have problem in cs2 with arc a750, on highest setting i have like 50-110 fps (not stable) and gpu usage on 30-55%, i have newest drivers and i5 12400f, am i alone with this problem or someone had something like this and can help me?

will 2×8GB ram make any difference..i mean performance penalty?

If you have rebar on, dual channel ram then there is nothing you can do besides waiting for driver updates or upgrade cpu.
