You have no idea of the rabbit hole I’ve fallen in because of you. I've been watching all your Videos for the last 3 Days, educating myself on the different Raw materials there are and its effects on the final Product. I find it fascinating from a chemistry standpoint but also from a creative standpoint. Not only that, but I guess I just wanted to just write this down, and thank you for this type of content.
he doesn't care
Thank you for your comment. I always try to educate and entertain. ATH
Welcome to the cult 😂😂
@@celileminem he did care buddy.
@@ajosbillable nice response. Love it
"I love clary sage"
- Aaron every time he reads that a fragrance includes clary sage as a note.
he doesn't have to read that
Thank you, Aaron for your time and expertise. Love your content
Thank you Aaron.
This is one of my favorites. Love it.
Thanks Aaron for your helpful reviews, you give us so many knowledge about perfumery.
i really like to see your review on Xerjoff Mefisto.
This is a Fall favorite for me. 🍂
A lot of people love the original YSL la nuit de l'homme. But i dont think it was for me but i like this one better.
Love this scent. Love the line. Love the house.
Love ysl it's a really good house. Love learning from you and keep up the good work man
I love the "La Nuit de l'Homme" range. This one is one of my favorites.
This is the only one of the La Nuit DNA that I haven't personally smelled. The Le Parfum of this line is my favourite. I assume that one's next. 😄
This is about lndl soo do not comment...😂😂
Mr Hughes, can you please review Montabaco Intensivo, and maybe Oud Satun Mood EDP. I respect your taste and opinion. Thank you sir.
Love the review! You should review La nuit d'lhomme le parfum next. It's my favorite form the line and I absolutely love the balance it has.
Hey Aaron, you need to check out and review Brioni EDP Intense, which I discovered recently. It has become an instant favourite of mine.
I've not smelled a YSL fragrance i haven't loved yet, consistent perfection.
My fall and winter good feel❤
When I smelt this and sprayed it in the store, I had to get this a few days later...I tried this at the same time as I tried Armani Code absolu, witch I bought about a year and a half ago, after it was discontinued and before the prices went up.
I think a lot of us would enjoy your creation in this exact style of perfumery with more radiance
It’s a classy fragrance. :)
I just sprayed this one it been sitting in my collection for 3 years and i didn’t touch it..
And he dose the review the day that i spray it on 😂
Aaron, do Prada L'Homme please
I think he has
Cypriol also known as Nagarmotha
I would love for you to review fragrances from Argos. I'm interested in buying a fragrance from them and would love your review and breakdown.
Hi Aaron. Really love all your content on YT. One of my favourite all time favourite fragrances is Rivè D’Ambre by Tom Ford. It has huge sentimental value to me but sadly it’s been discontinued. Do have a recommendation on something similar?
Hope you’re well.
Arron, could you please review Dolce Melodia by Sospiro!! It’s one of my new favorite fragrances I’ve discovered recently!! Love the Sospiro house
Aaron. Please do a review on penhaligons terrible teddy.
I agree with Aaron, I do get tired and bored from the same Fragrance DNA, over and over again. That's why i like wearing different Designers and different Niche houses and Clones. Just to keep it Exciting
💯💯
I love Le Parfum for myself , not for the husband ! :) On a winter sweater it feels so cosy ! :)) I suspect I would like this one as well ? I'm confusing the bottles ...
I would love to see a review of triumph of bacchus from the house of Argos.
la nuit de l'homme is easily one of my favourites, but it only lasts a couple hours it seems. I havent tried like 7 sprays of it because it feels like it would melt my nose, but I gotta try this EDP
This one will turn heads it’s so good
I like the edt so I need to try the edp
I personally like that they all smell rather similar because I love the base DNA and it allows me to find the one or two that I like the most and buy just those. More choices are always better imo
So amazing still my fav I sprayed it once and my dog even loved it …. That says ALOT
Speaking of patchouli and marketability, I just finished an iteration of a patchouli-based project, and I feel like I can never quite decipher patchouli. It's so multifaceted, different oils smell so different, different degrees of age and different processes, fractions this and rectified that, all the way down to clearwood. There are so many different directions to take it, but sometimes I catch a bit of the 80s patchouli, or rather the 80s-fragrance-in-the-2020s fragrance, after it's been reformulated to sell for $10/bottle, and then I can understand why it wouldn't sell (though I suspect the prejudice is more people's impression that it's a foul thing hippies wear). I love when it can be dark and woody, but retain so much distinctive earthiness. In this one of mine I'm trying to give it a smooth, dark, slightly sweet base, while keeping the wet, herbal-aromatic patchouli earthiness on top of that.
Would love to see your opinion on Vertus Vanilla Oud
Great videos Aaron! Is your store in Manchester open at the moment?
Hello. No we have closed the shop due to a lack of space. When we get the second Unit we will reopen but we will be doing events and Il be teaching perfumery to small groups and all proceeds going to an autism charity.
@@AaronTerenceHughes Thanks for replying! That sounds like a great venture! Best of luck with it ☺️
i bought it a long time ago, i really liked it.
it was a recommendation from when Jeremy Fragrances was still a normal guy.
@@Poemwriter_Angelo Yeah, Jeremy's really gone off the rails.
I remember that. Before the drugs took hold.
Did you ever happen to try Armani Attitude by any chance? it was discontinued in about 2013, but have been looking for something similar since.
#1 Problem I have is, I don't want to smell like everyone else, I would like something Spicy, OUD, citrus yet soft, I find myself sometimes mixing cologne sometimes it works sometimes not, any ideas?
My interest in this line peaked when i got bleu electrique and then for some reason they discontinued it and i thought that’ll do now for me,
It's a flanker, I like it when I can smell the OG DNA, then it slightly goes off in another direction.
Hi Aaron, I’m a massive Oud fan, and I thought you sold all your Oud fragrances in a box set, but I can’t find it on your website. Can you let me know pls
Aaron can you review summer hammer Lorenzo Pazzaglia
Aaron Terence Hughes....I have a NEW fragrance you MUST REVIEW! Jean-Paul Gaultier "Le Male Elixir". A true masterpiece!!! I am anxious to hear your thoughts, you will not regret taking the time to review this one.
please review guerlain's legendary mitsouko 🙏🏻
Aaron you should try Papillon she's from UK and very different from this
Nagarmotha was probably the word 😅
@Aaronterrencehughes is Homme EDP ever coming out again?!? (Maxaroma)
I have no idea what is what with line, I bought one that was a black bottle, could have sworn it had the same name. And was edp. Anyway I tanked it in no time, no projection and not even a skin scent after a few minutes
I’ve yet to smell the Bleu electrique, but other than that this is the only one of the line that smells like a flanker. Everything else just seems like a separate fragrance altogether.
they do smell pretty similar.
I have 2 of these . But my love it's la.nuit de l'homme parfum love at the first sniff . The edt it's the worst for me
I don't think anyone would take you saying you're getting bored as criticism. Obviously this company is capitalising on the fact that people love this DNA and they release the same fragrance with just little tweaks under different names so they can milk the initial success of the first fragrance... This is not to say the perfumer who created it can't do better work, or doesn't know how to work on other styles of fragrances
Argos parfum
This is not edp but L’intense
It is similar bottle, but this is EDP
Darker doesn't equate to depth or richness. It just means sweet as hell.
I understand all the trends but... And women?!? IT IS A MEN FRAGRANCE!
I agree with you Aaron, this scent is boring. In fact, the entire line is awfully boring to me, the original DNA is just super generic and uninspired, it has absolutely no personality. Just get a cheap Antonio Banderas, Jaguar, Bugatti or whatever, nobody's gonna notice the difference anyways. None of these scents are worth the YSL pricetag.
