You people making negative comments, you know you don't have to listen, if you have nothing to say , say nothing!
2024 and just saw Paul at Sydney Opera House with Steve Craddock and Steve Pilgrim perform Wildwood. Insane talent. Feel very lucky to have had the experience.
My brother was there. Loved it too
Beautiful, i love his voice, classic British rock.
The depth of Paul's voice and the heart of the lyrics is unmatchable. Love it😊
❤
Thee best artist..haunting, soulful & emotional. Genius performer. Respect Paul Weller.
Laid back and horizontal that's where I'm at after listening to this fantastic version
Perfection,Steve Craddock never disappoints a true genius of a player.
“The future is called "perhaps", which is the only possible thing to call the future. And the only important thing is not to allow that to scare you.”
Tennessee Williams
What a fantastic arrangement. Musical mastery from a master of music 🧡
Sometimes less is more, after the full on Foo fighters this was a marvellous contrast on the night. Well done Paul you are a national treasure.
A masterpiece
Never saw this song as reggea but i see the influence now.
The Electric Guitar Played Hawaiian Style really makes this record outstanding. Love It !!
In his late 50s and still looks cool as fuck
Love this version, thanks!

wunderschön danke
Gem of a song. Best thing he did post Jam.
Love this song ❤
Cradock’s guitar work on this is tremendous, this version of the song is arguably the best.
And it's a reasonable argument that is put forward with every version he's done 👍
Just perfect...
Do like this a lot...............Classic..
Would love to see him sing this with Graham Bonnet..
Stupenda ❤️
Steve is a bomb 😎👍🍻
Sublime
Jeremy Irons is so talented

Hey a bit better looking methinks than JI was!!!
... nice one boys!! ... sweet as!
Oh my God 😭♥️♥️♥️♥️
excellent ... but when did Paul turn into Jeremy Irons ?
Don't give Hollywood any ideas
fuck off mate do one ,we all got old
After he finished playing this song, he got on the phone to Bruce Willis to tell him where in the Wild Wood the bomb is buried. :-)
I think this version captures the essence of the song better than the original. Steve Craddock stepping it up a notch too!
We had to meet the enemy a mile away Thunder in the air and the sky
turned grey Assembling the knights and their swords were sharp There was not a hope
in your English hearts When you Hear our drums, hear them sound We're
gonna fight until we have won this town Hooray, hooray, hooray, yeah Over
the hill went the swords of a thousand men
Cradock is a genius!
Nice haunting floyd vibe here, like wish you were here meets dark side...
Nice touch, craddock!
Cradock on slide guitar 👌👌👌

One day il find my way out .
Spot on wildwood2017...and geoff barrow??
Give that boy a Lap Steel.
💝💝💝💝
It's like he has been influenced by pink Floyd on this version, i like it a lot.
Exactly. A bit of Wish You were Here and Time off dark side...
It's more like Traffic and Steve Winwood but this version have a Gilmour-like sound to it, yeah.
vintage X
x1.25 is the true speed
totally. a choice he made for this version, works way better on the album version tempo

God
Calm Evergreen about a Wild Wood.
Whose the bloke singing with him?
The oap mix!! Lolz
I love Paul Weller but it felt like he was going to fall asleep at any moment 🤷🏼♀️
He is 62 lol x
Yeah... plus the other kid was singing way higher than Weller, the contrast was weird lol
Did he get the glasses in the pound shop!
Never knock the poundland/wilco's reading glasses.
lol. should have gone to specsavers
Love the specs!
Who's the dude that starts singing at 2:08 and why?!
steve pilgrim his drummer! I agree !
I think Steve Pilgrim is pretty talented
the beginning of this song sounds a lot like one from Radiohead but I can't remember the title, help anyone!
Is it Exit Music ?
yeah similar strummng to exit music or possibly How to dissapear compleatly
Exit Music
It's same starting chord as exit music (B minor)
Sounds more like the original at 1.25 speed.
Didn't know my grandma sang (jokes)
Weller looks like Phillip Hammond & this is way too MOR for him
Reminds me of the guy in Jaws.
I love Weller but whats with the blooming whale noises
this aint jools holland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Paul thats just to slow.
Who are these plums. We all. Know about Dennis watermans secret son craddock.. But the rest are young.. Should know better
it feels Lazy .......... :(
Craddock is only better than a session player who hangs on the tail feathers of talented songwriters
Paul,s aged just like that, he looked awesome and rapidly looks worn out, glasses don't help!!He looked younger than his age now he looks older!!! Sorry!!!!
F guitar rather ruins it ....
Yeah, can't dig the other singer... other than that, great live version!
God how forced does this sound.. Woeful
Sorry but in my opinion...... catastrophe
