- On this terribly rainy night, Rain Host Shikha welcomes an apparent stranger, Rohan, into her home. As soon as the two of them come face-to-face, it is revealed that they are former lovers. As Rohan and Shikha attempt to reconnect through an evening of awkward and uncomfortable conversation, the film slowly peels off layers of their relationship.

Today I watched this short movie. Liked it very much. Infact it reminds me, Rajesh Khanna and Nanda starrer Film Ittefaq, though both are different
In just twenty minutes the director said lots of things and we had clarity about everything without any confusion

Stumbled upon accidentally but could relate to the story very much. At the age of 45 when every thing is so very much middle and the horizon is not a line anymore but reality, a jolt like this is far more than just a reconnection, putting it exactly as experienced. Well this again brought back memories and a slight headache.
Good story. It is such a simple way of showing that girls wanted him to meet his child.

Anyway, I think this reconnection shouldn’t go beyond this because the man, though in spite of his own wish, has committed himself in another new relationship and as the woman said,” tum koi dudh peete bachche nehi the”, he should be responsible and committed to it at least this second time. Otherwise everything will be messed up and lives will get ruined again.

But as you know men, or human beings in general. It will not stop it will take an ugly turn if the girl is not strong enough.
The love and affection she has is superb، the guy is a very good actor his expression are really next level ،the lady with bold looks and dominating dialogues ،I am really impressed 👍😁❤

I reconnected with someone who left me for another twenty two years ago. Life hadn’t turned out exactly the way she had been hoping for. Her long affair with this other guy never materialized and the one she married on the rebound ended up in a bitter divorce after a few years. Anyway, after our initial camaraderie and nostalgic conversations she finally confronted me one night in an elaborate messenger chat where she held me responsible for not having thought about her. Strange are the ways of women!
Obviously does not want to take responsiblity for her own decisions and actions.

Character looks real. He didn't accept his mistake rather alibi was pressure of parents. If you can't stand for your love you have no rights to pass on blame to the circumstances.
Shikha the character acted very well. Good story and an array of emotions. Lots of love from Hong Kong!

Finally special thank to both of actor for their beautiful performance specially for Devaki her dialogue delivery is very deep . Jayesh also did very good job but may be as per story demand he hide his talent.❤❤

Wonderful plot of the idea conceived. Superb screenplay followed by intriguing scenarios, but for heart throbbing dialogues. The end is quite awesome and filled with amazing suspense. Given a chance it could be a wonderful full fledged film with a social message.
fabulous acting, but unfortunately why he blames parents, he could have resisted and brought his love home. One should be fearless in life, you only live once, damn

EXCELLENT. WHAT AN EMOTIONS FROM BOTH. ACTORS, WRITER AND DIRECTOR GREAT WORK. THE SHOT WHERE BOTH TALKING ON PHONE IS AMAZING.
It is really nostalgic to reconnect with Ex. In fact, as a personal view, it is not at all bad to have an unplanned reconnect because it gives a chance to ponder on mistakes or misunderstandings that have parted them in the past. Love requires sacrifice not Ego. Subject matter was good but performance needed more maturity and expressions. Being a single mother is not bad, rather requires courage and fightback, and Shikha was doing it with valour. Where was Roshikha last night, and how come she appeared out of blue in the morning? Ro+Shikha was a good name for their daughter. Point size of subtitles was too small to be read legibly.
her daughter was stuck in rain..took shelter somewhere so c was calling her in the night..very well planned story.. acting is superb...i have a single word..wow👌

See the scene where shika talks to someone and had the almost similar conversation as Ro had wity his wife..that someone was the daughter..had been with another rain host
Waiting for the word that he got divorced or widowed, then it might have been some more twist and can say reconnect successfully.

Great performances and technically brilliant but somehow the narrative lacks conviction. The telephonic conversation was a master stroke. This woman Shikha still harbors intense hatred for her ex Rohan for having betrayed her, but still wants to have him around. It’s clear that she hasn’t moved on and the reasons are revealed in the end. A little too dark for what I had expected.
