All what matters is care for your loved ones, isn’t it? Here’s a beautiful film which showcases its importance. If the film has touched upon your heart & soul, then pls do like, share, comment & spread the word. SUBSCRIBE, if you haven’t yet 😊
Pallavi has done justice to the film by her natural acting ability. The film could have been better by showing solutions to this menopausal phase. Lot of people don’t have understanding intimate partners in their life. They should advocate for themselves. For me it was gardening as a therapy. Waking up at 7, lawn mowing, planting beautiful flowers, seeds, bulbs. Trimming bushes, mulching garden beds, spreading fertilizer, watering your treasured plants, excited to see the flowers bloom in bunches. This makes you part of nature and grateful for your life and loved ones.
PERI Menopause and Menopause are the least spoken topics in the medical field worldwide. Thanks 🙏🏼 to the makers of this short film for spreading awareness
Pallavi Joshi is my all time favorite. Her acting is genius. I m 71 years old, and those suffering has gone long time back, but her acting made me cry today..like I m there now.
It's not that everyone has to suffer.. .mine is going smoothly except some hot flushes for few months ..make some diet charts and stay active..i never did walking or any exercise also 😊
As usual pallavi was fabulous. Just to tell all of u. I saw her almost 20 yrs back and even today she looks anazing. To all woman pre peri and menopause is really hard for some women. More or less everyone has to go through it. Self love respect patience. Nutrition yoga and meditation works wonders. And conscious living and mindfulness. Live love and laugh out to improve ur immune system ❤️
This inevitable phase affects women in many ways. While I loved this short film, I have a couple of grouses. The cause came across clearly; apart from seeing a Gynecologist and taking medicines there are a few more things this film should have conveyed to the viewers like, 1. Engaging in productive and fulfilling activities. 2. Using this phase to introspect and discover the other meaningful aspects of self. This very activity could be a huge morale booster. 3. Time to support and seek support from other women. 4. Like all the other transitions in life the message that 'this too shall pass' is a huge solace. 5. This phase signals a new FREEDOM is so comforting for women with menstruation related issues. 5. Acceptance of natural changes with grace. And so on... These options are important as all are not blessed with supportive families and comfortable financial situations. Some are also dealing with family problems, loneliness and other health issues. I wish the makers of this film would make a sequel exploring the other ways of dealing with the issues associated with menopause.
Very beautiful movie. Couldn't stop my tears. I am in a similar stage of my life with no one to understand my condition. Finding it so difficult to cope with all the emotions. Having your family to support you at this stage would make it a lot easier to deal. But not all are that lucky.
Very beautiful movie. The last scene did bring me tears. I have gone through this phase, common symptoms are mood swings, hot flushes, not getting sleep at night, just feel like crying for no reason, feeling left out n alone. Family support is a must. We have to, have to start taking care of ourselves n think for ourselves. Have a good healthy diet, physical exercise exercise and of course most imp is our mental health as well which needs to be taken care of. Doing yoga, pranayam, n meditation will help. N one should do wat she likes say listening to music, gardening, it can be anything, atlst for some time in a day. Its almost 4 yrs now i have had my menopause. N pls dont get scared of all these symptoms, they are common. Go to a good gynac, may be not all family members will support. Its a phase which everyone has to go through, so it will come n go
Mujhe nahi pata aansu q hain aankhon main shayad wohi dard hai jo is character main piroya hai superb jaise alfaz mil gaye mere jazbaton ko excellent job❣️❣️🌹🌹
This is what every woman want but men very rarely understand this stage of a woman. I couldn't stop tears flowing from my eyes at the end. Pallavi you are too good & my all time favourite ❤
Best movie....At this age every woman wants her family and husband to understand the emotional and harmonal changes ...She is going through....It is a tough time for us women dealing with it.
Beautiful! A woman at the time of menopause goes through same physical, mental and emotional upheavals as at the time of child birth. A very big difference is there between the two situations. While at the time of child birth her whole family is there to pamper her but at the time of menopause when her body is also not on her side, her family especially the partner in most cases doesn’t even bother to care how she is keeping pace with so many changes inside her. She is fighting her battles alone inside as well as outside every single day. Times have changed. Men need to be educated about menopause. We as mothers can make our sons aware so that they can sympathise with their wives.
A beautiful message for all husbands....yes fmly support is needed....I too went through this with no one to support because in my time no one discussed this and....wellll no words to explain what it is like but hope all see this movie to understand the pain a woman goes through.....but we too should discuss this with our fmly and our hubby....if we talk....thn he will understand he is not God to understand our feelings on his own.....😊
Pallavi Joshi you are amazing. I was in tears. You handled very least spoken topic. I wish every woman should get a partner during this phase who can take care of her emotions.
Wathched this amazimg and so relatable short film, kudos to the makers and touching sucha delicate part of most middle age women in our country😢 i felt heard and seen through this movie, thankyou
This is Indian thing where men behave like this. I live in London and British men pick up things after , cook , clean and take care of many more things. Here they don’t have regular house help either . It’s refreshing to see them !
This is soooooooo relatable. I think the most important thing one needs is their spouse's attention. I'm the not the grumpy kind usually, but I did find myself complaining to my husband ki "kabhi palat kar ek baar hi puchh liya hota k kesa feel kar rahi ho ab jab k periods dheere dheere band ho gaye hain" 💔💔💔 But there's always a brighter side to everything. In my opinion, we should count our blessings. Additionally, what I'm doing is training my sons well in advance for dealing with these emotional upheavals they are likely to face with their wives during the entire lifetime - periods, pregnancy, post partum and finally menopause. And in doing so, I don't hesitate to talk to them or give them the required information. That is why, in this movie, when the mom snatched her bag away from her son and told him that a man should not touch a woman's bag, I did not agree with her. She should have talked to her son and explained to him about what she had been going through. After all, he had asked about the medicines out of concern. And btw, it's not just women; men too, go through this phase around the same time. Just like women, they, too, need emotional support from their spouses. Moral of the story: COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY Last, but not the least......the title is inappropriate. All women go through this experience; not just housewives!!!
Definitely it’s one such experience where you need enough support & understanding from your loved one. While we agree that she shouldn’t have spoken to her concern in that manner but like shown it’s the mood swings that happen during the phase & sometimes it’s really not in your control
This film made me realise that i am not the only one suffering… mine too like most men can’t understand these emotions of a woman instead he gets irritated with this behaviour of mine😢😢……. Adding to my distress
Omg this is just a dejavu. I have pre menopause and I am Going thru exactly same thing. My last visit to doctor was exactly like this. I don't think people are prepared to handle this. It's a struggle everyday. Physically mentally. I am either angry or tired or sad. It's like no other emotion is there. 😢
Beautiful heart touching film , really very true expressions of a woman's feelings at this age, she always thinks about each and every member of the family but there is one for her support.
It is really a very nice way to talk about women's problem. Many husbands are not aware of menopause. Its time to talk openly about this issue.I really liked this film very much.
This short film might feel a little slower in the beginning but, it raises a really very very important and sensitive topic concerning women physiological and psychological health. Worth watching. Very well explained the "Painful Pride" of being a woman.
Very heart touching film. As I gone through this phase as middle class and in that situation I left my precious job and that time my husband also transferred as government Job. ❤
I've been watching both of these actors ( husband n wife) since my childhood, and they've always performed like legends. May be they didn't enjoy much limelight but it didn't affect their skills.. especially this woman has always been a star. Kudos to their soulful performance, shining like always. Stunning.
This is a beautiful short film. All that women want in this phase is their husband 's and family's support. Women need to open up and not try to bottle things up. Like the doctor says the psychology part, emotional highs and lows is stressful.
Very amazing, i am going through this phase of my life , after watching this film i found mirror effect seems this is me 😢but my husband and rest of the family could not recognise this issue like unrestful nights , mood swings ,senti etc etc. Bravo ❤
Life partner plays a crucial role in women's life. She is really lucky to have such understanding man in her life. Very nice creation. Congratulations to entire team👏👏👏👏
I m also going from this phases of my life.........feel lonely, always thinking about something...... always upset and not excited for anything..... mental issues......loved this film and relaxed
The last scene just made cry, because not every woman get that care. woman do everything for everyone and being busy in that load she forgets about her emotions, feelings, desires, health and time. and there are rare who do care back about her.

Very beautiful movie and a very nice message to each and every husbands out there...i am going through these phase..so it is very relatable.. good to know that there are some content on this topic. Keep up the good work. By the way vegan low fat diet helps a lot to slow down menopause symptoms.
I am worried about those middle class women who are working in office , home to support their family , do they have that much time to think about themselves, their hot flashes, medical supplements, good food , yoga, husband’s support, and what not😢just a thought
I just want to put out a very important point which even health professionals don’t mention is that peri menopause can start as early as mid thirties sometimes even earlier nowadays. I remember my health going down a downward spiral since my early 30’s and it crashed completely when I was just 38. It was all menopause and Vata symptoms. Consulting with a good Ayurvedic practitioner and following an Ayurvedic lifestyle saved me.
Those women living in small villages ,big families don't have menopause, she just want her family happy and for that she is always busy to complete everyone's wish
Yup.. sooner they understand, the better it is.. learn to support yourself emotionally. Relying on outside help will make you feel lonely.. be your own strength
A BEAUTIFUL EPISODE..NICE CONCEPT...GREAT MESSAGE..NICE TO SEE PALLAVI AFTER A LONG TIME❤... THESE MENOPAUSE AS WE SAY NOW..I THINK OUR MUM'S WENT THROUGH BUT WE NEVER HAVE NOTICED OR IT WAS NEVER BEEN NOTICED I GUESS..BUT NOW THESE HORMONES CHANGES IN CHILDREN LIKE NOW IT'S SAID AS ADOLESCENT AND MENOPAUSE IN THE LATER STAGE I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO REACT WITH..BUT I GUESS EVERY FEMALE GOES THRU..HIGH OR LOW 🙏🙏EVERY INDIVIDUAL NEED CARE AND SUPPORT I GUESS ❤❤❤
Menopause is a natural part of aging for a woman. Some women suffer more than others. But it’s important to recognise some symptoms of menopause that may not be so well known - Not just sweats but also anxiety and insomnia to make a few. Recognise the symptoms and seek support from medical and self help wellbeing. Don’t suffer in silence! Spread the knowledge let’s support women!!

This woman's lucky to have such an understanding husband to discuss menopause.... We singles, scared of how to handle this all alone 😢
You can discuss with friends and family.

Menopause is a natural part of aging for a woman. Some women suffer more than others. But it’s important to recognise some symptoms of menopause that may not be so well known -
Not just sweats but also anxiety and insomnia to make a few. Recognise the symptoms and seek support from medical and self help wellbeing. Don’t suffer in silence! Spread the knowledge let’s support women!!

Pallavi ❤your voice resembles with Smita's voice. Such a pleasure to hear you❤
