Beautiful guitar! When I read there was a crack I thought in the neck or something, being damaged in the post or something. But I guess this is about personal preference, but to me a crack in the finish on a Fender isn’t a big deal 🙏. I’m always looking at videos of people playing vintage guitars and relics and my older guitars have digs and checking in the finish and stuff. If I make a new ding it’s heartbreaking at first but then it just becomes a part of the guitar’s story and doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s not an actual crack in the wood right? Just the finish? I wouldn’t worry 🙏 beautiful colour! My 1964 Mustang has checking all over the finish, I love those cracks. Personally I wouldn’t send it back ✌️. And you’ll get more marks anyway, not as many on poly as on nitro but still. If it’s a hard to find guitar anyway and has nice flame on the neck. I’d take this over one without a crack but with no flame ✌️. Nobody will notice the crack on stage and has no effect on the integrity. Sorry for long message 🙏

Last week I ordered with my birthday money, a Squier by Fender Affinity Series Telecaster in Race Green and thankfully that doesn't have a crack!!!!!!🎸🎸🎸👍👍👍
How did Sweetwater miss that? They do a full inspection..... I just got a Squire Contemporary Jazz bass from Sweetwater and it’s pretty good - there is some nice figuring on the fingerboard too...
damn, i remember seeing a Tele on that color on Amazon, now all sold out, but damn... it looks way better on video ... But, shall we buy more guitars just because of the awesome paint ? I mean, no awesome pickups, no awesome hardware, but painting any strat that color is at least 50 to 70 bucks on paint only :O
That's a shame you look forward to getting the guitar and than you run into this I get my guitars from Amazon I don't know I just like ordering everything from them I recently bought a gretsch streamliner left handed cause I'm a lefty around two weeks ago by UPS there very careful don't ever get a guitar and have it shipped by postal delivery first time ordered my gretsch streamliner it was supposed to be delivered by USPS never came dad to call amazon and get a refund in Amazon gave me reordered it came from UPS

Sweetwater isn't perfect. That's all I'm going to say about that.
Sweetwater only does inspections on guitars at $299.00 or above that price.
