Thank you!!! Yes, I've been wanting to try this for some time now and I finally made them, and they came out great! My biggest worry was the bottom would burn, but they didn't so I will definitely be smoking other things on the Blackstone! Have an awesome day!
Thank you, these turned out delicious 😋 I checked out your channel and subscribed! It looks like you have some delicious recipes! And friends in common too!
Thank you 😁 The only thing I've done differently since is I now use a foil pan as a cover because cleaning the smoke off that lid was a pain!!! 😁 Have a great day!👍✌️
Thanks for checking this out! If you do this, which worked great, use a throw-away aluminum pan to cover what you smoke because cleaning the Blackstone dome was a pain.🙂 Just an FYI. I hope you have an awesome day!👍🍻
Thanks Brandon, they really did turn out great! I was worried about burning the bottom, having to leave them on so long but they were no where close to being burnt and I could have probably gone maybe 20 minutes more while smoking? But they were done, had a smoky flavor and tasted amazing so it was a success and now that I know..... 😂 I hope you have an awesome day brother!
Hi Kevin and Brad! Loved your intro with all that yummy food. These ribs looked so fantastic! Seems like beef ribs have more meat in them. !! Who knew you could smoke ribs on a black stone! I still need to try beef ribs. Thanks for the reminder again to get some. Have a great weekend my Friend 🥰
Hey Karen, who knew is right! I had to give it a try and man, they were amazing! My biggest fear was that they would burn on the griddle side, but having them off the griddle like that worked out great! You definitely need to make Chris some beef ribs!!! And Brad said hi, and wants to know if we need to add a gate in our back wall when it gets constructed? 😀 He's such a slacker! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!!
Thank you, these did turn out better than I thought! I worried about burning the bottom, but they didn't burn and turned out great! Thanks for checking this out and have an awesome day!
Thanks brother! They did turn out better than I thought they might! But I had to give it a try and it worked out great! Didn't burn the bottom, and we really enjoyed them! Have an awesome day brother!
Heyo Kevin!....very innovative definitely a great idea. Those Beef Ribs looked fantastic. Thanks for sharing such a great idea. Hope y'all have a great week. Cheers!
Thanks Stephen!!! Now you CAN smoke on a Blackstone Griddle! 😂 I've been wanting to try these for a while and finally went for it and they turned out a LOT better than I thought they would! Thanks for checking this out brother and I hope you have an awesome day!
Thanks Sal! I had to give it a shot and the low and slow did work! Low being 350+ degrees I feared the bottom would burn but they weren't even close to burning! I probably could have gone an extra 20 minutes in smoke but the bones were pulling back, so it was time to wrap! And they ended up turning out great! I think the total cook time was 3 hours, so that is pretty good! Plus it now gives me another use for my smoke tube! Have an awesome day brother!
Those beef ribs look good Kevin! I have some fresh beef ribs in the freezer I've been planing on smoking. Now that the weather has finally cooled down I'm getting in the mood to do some more outdoor cookin'. Nice video Kevin and nice job smokin' the beef ribs on the Blackstone! Have a great week!
Thank you Charlie! Definitely get outside and do some cooking, especially ribs! Ribs are just so darn good! And smoking them on the Blackstone!? They came out really good, I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't burn on the bottom! I think that was my biggest fear, so now that I know, watch out! LOL! Have an awesome day brother and don't forget to video your ribs so I can see how good they are!!!
looks very tasty and appetizing. thanks for sharing this recipe, I really enjoy with your video, thanks for sharing. I hope your channel always successfully 🤗
Didn’t expect this cook. Pretty damn cool. Think I’ll be picking one up soon. Charley @Pit Smoke was helping me out with some advice on the griddle. Cool video brother 👍🏻🍺
Thanks Chris, they did turn out great! So now we all know you CAN smoke on a Blackstone Griddle! And I definitely recommend one! Just be sure you don't buy one that is too small! I don't always need the space of the 36" but when I do, it's there! And also, if you get one. Get a 2nd propane tank. You don't want to run out in the middle of a cook! It's happened to me when guests were here, and thankfully I had a 2nd tank! Have an awesome day brother!
Thanks Darrell! Man, they did turn out great on that griddle! Something I've been wanting to try and Holly said she thought they were better than off the pellet grill????? They weren't that good! 😂 But they were pretty darn good! Have an awesome day Darrell!!!
Wow! I'm not sure how you pulled that off, but you are correct! Extremely versatile indeed! These smoked beef ribs turned out amazing! Have an awesome day!
Thank you JB!!! I'll tell you, this Blackstone is a great addition to my cooking area, we use it all the time! And now that I know I can use it to smoke (with the help of my smoke tube) I'll be trying more things because these ribs were delicious! Have an awesome day brother and I'll be in touch!
Most impressive!! Ya did it Kevin!👍 those ribs looked darn good too, nice and juicy!👌 think this was a first on youtube...now we'll start seeing it more often..lol...great cook & video, thanks for sharing brother, have yourself a great one, you all stay safe!👍👊🍻🍺 digging the new intro!👍
THANKS Craig! I think I've seen some guys do ribs but I haven't seen anyone SMOKE Ribs on a Blackstone! And now that I know it works so well, you will be seeing it more often from me!😄 Because you know I have ideas going wild now 😂 These ribs did seriously come out great! So much so my wife said she thought they were better than off the pellet grill?????? What does she know!😂😂😂 And thanks again, I'm trying some new stuff with my intros, I get bored with my own stuff😂 Anyway, thanks again brother and I hope you have an awesome day!👍🍻👊🍺
Beats smoking in the bathroom😂😂😂(air guitar, Rock On!) These ribs turned out great Sal, and you can bet I am thinking of what is next? I've had this idea for a while and finally put it to the test and it get's an A+ They didn't burn, and they tasted great! Have an awesome day Sal and Rock On Brother!
Thanks Geoff! It would absolutely work on a 28" and since I will be doing this again, I will try using a foil pan for the cover as the clean up of that dome took a bit of scrubbing😂 But my biggest worry was burning the bottom from being on so long, but it absolutely didn't! So you know you will see more smoked on the Blackstone vids! I hope you have an awesome day brother, and congratulations on the new Blackstone! Oh, which one did you get?
That’s a wild one Kevin, those beef ribs turned out perfect on the blackstone! It is true you can cook anything where there’s heat. Shoutout to brad who apparently has dubious taste on channels. 😂 Have a great week brothers!
Myyyyyyyyyyyy People!!! Thanks Charlie, that Brad! I tell ya!😂 And the ribs did actually come out great! I've had the idea for quite some time but just didn't get around to it and now I'm glad I did! And using that smoke tube is the key for sure! So you can probably guess I'll be smoking other great stuff on the Blackstone! Have a great week brother! Hope to see some new cooks on your channel!!!
Thanks Kenneth! Myyyyy People! Charlie is awesome! And I need to get back over to your channel! As you know it's hard to keep up, and I love the new name and logo! I know this isn't the traditional way to smoke ribs, but they really turned out great! And since I had these what they call ribs around here, I went ahead and gave it a shot! I've been wanting to for a while and now I'm glad I did! Thanks for checking these out and I hope you have an awesome week brother!
Those ribs sure look good! I've made some them on my "Round Blackstone" They actually come out really good. I have a tube but have just used wood or pellets wrapped up in tin foil, a poor mans tube :) Man, I am really liking Brad, what a slacker! He is welcome at my place anytime! BTW, I would have made brad do all the hard work like opening the tin foil and adding the sauce :) Good call on the heated sauce and Ribs! Excellent cook brother Kevin! Big ol' meaty ribs, I'm good with that. As for Brad, he and I are like 2 peas in a pod! Drinking white russians and letting others do all the work :) The Dude approves of this entire cook Kevin!
Hahahahaha! Yeah I think I need to have Brad go to work for me so I can slack off for awhile! And you are right, I should have had him help, but he was too busy making white russians! But hey, these ribs did turn out really good and the sauce was spot on! Have an awesome week Mike, and do not work too hard! 😀

Thanks for checking this out. My lid has air gaps all the way around and wouldn't hold the temps that a dome does. And if you need to steam something, or to melt the cheese on your burgers, a dome is a must have. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Have an awesome evening!
Hey my guy, do you still have the thumbnail for this video? I wanted to shout out your video in one of mine and was going to put your thumbnail up when I did so.
😂😂😂 Brad's a slacker! I did all the work, as usual! And these ribs came out great Chef! Time to smoke something else on the Blackstone! Cheers! And I hope you have an awesome day!
Thanks, Steve! I've got a bunch of them for sure!😃 These ribs did turn out pretty well! The only thing I'd do differently is to use a throw-away foil pan to cover them. Cleaning the smoke residue from that Blackstone cover was a pain! I hope you're having an awesome weekend, brother!👍✌️

@@Mankitchenrecipes LOL, Brad is always welcome to come and hang out with El Duderino! Kevin, maybe not so much. that guy seems like he works pretty hard :)
You're cooking them for 5 hours. How often do you do the big ribs as id think you go through a tank of gas almost every time. I only have the 36 inch blackstone and i use way too much gas as compared to a normal grill. Maybe mine is defective as i think i still have gas in the tank yet it shuts down. I know grills, ive used them for many years. I love my blackstone as far as cooking but i just dont get thw mileage on the tank as i think i should. And fyi.....i dont crank the heat on high and only cook on 1 side if its for just me and my wife
