For being the first video you made Its more clearly that the few i already saw. Im new to this game and i want to see the shitshow that it can become. I think you are the first one in explaining the intent modes in a clear way.
Coming back to SS13 after over a year, and the station I used to play on is no longer there. I'm trying to switch to goon, and this helped a lot. You did everything well, as to answer your question for critiques all I'd say is that to describe exactly what you're doing when you do it. For example, when you say buckle your seat belt, "Click/Drag/press *blank* to buckle your seatbelt" for example. You did very well about doing that most of the time though.
this is a nice video and a sorely needed update to the tutorials, but you did miss a few things, like how harm intent lets you execute specials, or the traditional end of round brawl.
I wish you made more like this. A lot of the tutorials/guides i am finding for space station 13 on youtube tend to ignore that the viewer may be totally clueless. There really need to be more videos that explain more or less everything of what has to be done when you want to do anything in ss13. What to click, where to go, what to expect, etc etc. I have been attempting to learn the game for 3 days straight now. I have multiple guides open, multiple wikis open, but it's still not enough. So much context seems to be missing. Wiki pretty much expects you to know what to click, when to click it, what buttons to press and in what sequence to do so. Not to mention the logistics. Absolute nightmare for a beginner.

I probably forgot everything again =P I mostly played as a chemist, throwing space drug grenades at the officers. Even managed to intimidate a clown looking to perform pranks. He asked me for some stuff and i was a bit too eager to give him just about everything to sink the station. He turned "normal" instantly.
This was a great tutorial. I've played a few rounds already, but this gave me a more in depth view to how to work the controls. If you're looking for input on how to improve the video, the only tip I'd have is having a friend with you so you can show examples of how you interact with other players, much like how you showed the intent
Thanks for making a good and updated tutorial! Very few of these out there. Also I wanted to point out, that this game is more complex than what veterans make it, so having a video like this makes it make way more sense. You will probably help many newcomers and people who were skeptical about the game

I wonder, could you possibly make a video about each job? such as how to play as a janitor, researcher, security, and so on? I been wanting to get into the game but I don't want to make myself look like a fool trying to figure out how to play the game lol
If you go on to a seat and press your Z key you'll kind of sit down on said seat, but other than that there isn't really a sit down mechanic unfortunately
