Neighbor Darrell had a hankerin' for some fried largemouth bass, so I visited a local trophy bass pond to help remove some of the more harmful fellas!!

You should turn where the spring starts into a winding pond. You can expand it and the ground will be perfect to still hold the water. Then you really got a camp/hunt cabin. You could start from the beginning and only have certain bass and food for them in that area

It's funny to me, as someone who is definitively "poor," I grew up eating pond bass. We loved to fish, and thank God we did, because that's what we had to eat to save money. And now, here I am as an adult watching definitively wealthy people whose career is literally bass fishing, and they've never eaten a damn bass.

I have two green series reels 2500. They are awesome. I caught a tarpon on on lipless crank bait{in a lake} and my reel fought it like a champ!

Love catch clean cook please do more of it when I was a kid my dad used to go bass fishing and he used to limit out back then bass limit was was 10 and he would limit out all the time and bring them home cook them up and they were amazing back then they were plentiful everywhere 2 to 3 pounders. Catching one's bigger than that no problem whitch is why the two to three Pounders were kept but nowadays with overfishing it's hard to find a big one but yeah please more catch clean cook that's great

I actually legit need a new rod badly... unfortunately my rods and tackle were stolen out of the back of my buddies truck while we were sleeping out camping. Waking up excited to jump in the boat first thing in the am to do some topwater fishing only to find out some asshole decided to jack our stuff...words cannot begin to explain how we felt.

I'd love one of the new reels but I mostly only get out to catfish here in Iowa. Not sure if even the 2,500 series would hold up against a 15-50 lb cat. What about an episode of using the new reels only to catch the top 5 strongest fighting fish or a 1v1v1v? using them on a biggest catfish episode made? Show us exactly what they will do.

I always catch and release, but caught a 20" 5 pound LMB on a single hook Berkley Gilly and it bled out and died in cardiac arrest. It had bulgy eyes as when big bass eyes outgrown the eye sockets. The hook penetrated the heart at the lower gill junction area (unfortunate one in a million hook set). Filleted it, lemon, butter, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, microwave "poached" it. Tasted good!
Lojo the neko rig is supposed to be hooked in the middle of the worm just like a sinko wat I've always been told just saying fellow veteran brother
