This is one of my fave vids of yours. Devo’d that I probably can’t hike the Bibb this year due to NSW covid cooties but happy to live vicariously as a second best option. What is the drone? My partner will want to know when I make him watch this (He’ll be like oh no a hiking RUclips video but then at the end of it he’s like when are we going?!)
Sorry to hear what's been happening over East; we hope you guys have a quick recovery and can get on the trails soon! Our drone is a DJI Mavic Air, but we'll be looking to upgrade to the Mavic Air 2 at some point

Oh and hey Dayna, how do you feel about doing a little vid on stretches? I have no idea about yoga or anything but I know that when I hike I often want to stretch but I really don’t know what I’m doing. And what you were doing looked incredibly enjoyable.
Thanks for the suggestion Deanie, will see what we can do next time were on the trail 👍I usually just do a handful of stretches focusing on the legs, hips, back and shoulders to loosen things up. I feel a lot more resilient on a thru hike when I take a moment to be kind to my body, seems fair after hiking 20km with a full pack for fun 😊
