I used the IRF520 but that was only because I had a set already. The motors are pretty small so you could probably run a standard transistor.
Nice we aslo have to work with the N20 motors how much Weight can 2 motors handle any idea?
Note sure but they had no issues at all here. They are pretty torquey for a small motor, I think they would work with a little larger bot, maybe a AA powered version.
