Welcome to our channel "The School of breath", in this video we will explore the significance of what is a Bandha in yoga and study Moolbandha, Udiyana bandha, Jalandhar bandha, Maha bandha.
These 4 simple bandhas that in traditional yoga are considered more superior than hundreds of yoga asanas/postures, pranayama (breath) and mudras.
So what is this mysterious practice that can bring more benefits than all the other yoga modalities combined? My friends the short answer is “BANDHAS”

This video is very interesting. I want to make it a point to be more aware of the subtle bodies. I find the metaphysical parts of our bodies are always speaking to us in someway. Being aware of this can help discover where we could be leaking energy so we can better address it.

Thanks so much for your video. You have a great talent to explain things very well. I have seen a lot of videos of people explaining the bandhas and nobody explains when to lock or release them. Great thanks very much. Your Guru should be very proud of you. Who was your Guru?

Thank you so much for your kind words; they truly mean a lot to me :) As for your question about my guru, I've been fortunate to learn from several inspiring teachers throughout my yoga journey. How long have you been practicing yoga ?

Does the direction the chakras spin, clockwise or counterclockwise, effect the flow of energy? Is it best to allow chakras to rotate in the direction natural to the individual?
