My Kids step mother and her sister does this for business and a commercial kitchen is NOT A MUST. As you said, "if you don't have ANY of these one things, then you'll be making them for friends & family" They are making a six figure salary. You can make do until you grow enough for a commercial kitchen! You do not need to be big and fancy to start. the only thing that needs to be big is your passion for it. That's it!
You’re giving so much info already, every video I’ve watched either wants me to sign up for some course for almost $500 but all I needed to know was the proper steps to get things rolling. You answered everything I needed. ❤
If you are just starting your charcuterie boards business, how far an advance should a customer place an order, and what is the ideal amount of boards a new business owner should do on the weekends? Btw I have a regular full-time job.
@@MrPmflores74 hi 👋- for bigger profit you should consider grazing tables on your free time. But I like 2 weeks for grazing tables and 1 week for boards. Weekend board orders could look like 2 a day to 10 a day. Just depends on how much help you have.
Hello, your giving the best information, could you help me please. What size deli boxes do you use for 1 person. I am in the UK. I am not very good with sizes. Thank you.
Thank you :) - Hmmmm 1 person box must be pretty small.. I do the smallest ones available. We dont usually sell boxes under 4 people bc there is not much of a profit there.

Real question is where and how to get produce for whole sale or right price to profit?
