I hope that I have showed enough videos that any grading service should be able to see that there are simple and effective ways to take care of cards that don’t screw them up. My goal is to make card care the standard vs something you shouldn’t do. One day at a time. One video at a time.
Yeah they did already. I just watched a video posted today saying his cards in the video and all the cards he submitted with that order, they're grades are all invalid now. Don't do this or use ANY kind of cleaning solution they'll know now. Prolly use black light or some shit

I would be cautious to do it twice. I wouldn’t want you to make a mistake. But I did a couple with sharp indents in them and they only reduced a little bit. The smaller and deeper the indent the more difficult so far
@@daddy8154 it depends on the type of card. Dimples are typically permanent because they’re deep and so small. If it’s on the front of a plastic card, it will not go anywhere. If it’s on a paper or soft material, you might have a chance.
Just Pulled a cool mcgwire insert from a 91 upper deck box. Same zipper mark. Going to try it since the card isn't worth a lot but it'd be cool for my pc if it was better than it is now.

I did this technique with a Chrome Sapphire. Sandwiched it between directly between two flat and smooth pieces of plastic, then clipped with laundry pegs. Left it for a week to dry out. Result came out even worse as I believe pressure from the pegs may have’d been too high so dipped it again and let it lay flat with the face(plastic) up. Thought the weight of the plastic face will put a pressure on its own, while the moist evaporates at its own pace in room temperature. Unfortunately the biggest issue is a water damage on the Sapphire background, all around the edges and at this point I completely don’t know how to fix it. Any advice and help would be appreciated 🙏🏻

You can definitely clean the card, but I don’t think I could get scratches out of plastic. Any light abrasion or something minor is possible but scratches suck. Usually permanent.
Hey Kurt, do you have a video of how to get rid of the same kind of surface damage on Pokémon cards? I’m pretty sure we can’t soak but maybe I could use the spray you sell for certain areas?

Kurt so after you put between the plates with no more foam, you said it got nice and flat but was cool to the touch. but was it still wet or were you done with the drying process ??
@@petedaniels6686 good question. I could tell it still had a little bit of moisture in there because it was still curving a little bit. So I just put it between the plates held it flat.
