Why does middle grade always have the ✨best✨ covers!? 😍
omg AGREED!!! ❤️❤️❤️
okay honestly so true!!! adult fantasy could never compete lol
So true. Most of the middle grade books I have is because I found the covers pretty! 😭💕
YA and romance (Colleen Hoover) books have amazing covers too, in my opinion...
@@Islaa247 😬
“Ho ho ho let’s get scared” 💀
The way I spat out my tea 😂
❄️ Middle grade at it again with amazing cover art and whimsical vibes.
Winter has not quite set in yet. Only wearing a hoodie is enough, but here I am ordering scented candles, blankets and cozy books for this winter 🌸
I really want to pick up Green Glass House! ❄️
The Incorrigible Children series is a lovely delight! I highly recommend it.
Your videos have been helping me calm down i have knee replacement surgery monday and really needed this your a remarkable human being and i hope you know that you bring beautiful snowy days into my rainy gloomy days
I don’t have a middle grade to recommend but read before the coffee gets cold ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
I think the Winterhouse and Frostheart series are both perfect for winter time!
Sadly, we don't have autumn or winter here in our country that's why I mostly read these whimsical and wintery vibe books in 1-5 am bcos that's the coldest time in our country but at 6am it's already burning hot in here not fair huhu 😭
You wanna switch? My Czech republic a*s freezes of anytime I go out. ... ... Okay maybe I am a little overreacting here. Fall Is amazing here. Little cold but amazing. But the Winter? No thank you! Take me to that tropical place of yours :D ... Wait. Important question. How big spiders do you have there?
I'm reading Greenglass House now because of. your previous recommendation and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! These books ALMOST make me want to come out of retirement and teach Middle School again...but then I'd have almost NO time to read.
Green Glass House is now on my December tbr!
we love to see it!!!
the Greenglass house sounds soooo good!
I honestly love it so much!!
Ready to take so many screen shots lol middle grade books have always been my favourites
Malamander is soooooo good!!!! I loved it. IS THE MOST ATMOSPHERIC BOOK YOU’LL EVER READ😍
I’m reading that this month!
As soon as the words "this video is sponsored..." goes, I'm hypnotized by her sweet voice and magic🥰🥰🥰😇
awww that's so sweet thank you 🥺❤️❤️
Omg yessss I love middle grades in the cold season ✨✨✨
Me toooo 🥰❤️
You have to read The Secret Garden on 81st Street! It’s a middle grade graphic novel and it is amazing! I just read it and I loved it so much, it’s one of my favorite books now, it made me smile.
the cover of Greenglass House is everything!
What beautiful covers those books have 😍 Sinead is an Irish name pronounced Shinade ☺
I was going to say that too. About the name, I mean.
Loved the castle of tangled magic. It was soooo cozy!! ❄❄❄❄❄
YES! Angie Sage's Magyk gives "Grandma reading to you in front of the fireplace" vibes. So glad it made your list. It didn't get the hype it deserved.
I always know where to go when I need to book shop for my daughter. She will be getting some winter vibe books for Christmas to go with her other gifts. She is in a big reading mood right now.
❄️ on my goodness!!! I wrote down so many books!! I love cozy winters!!
I was literally searching for recommendations for these kinds of books today… did you read my mind??
I’m LOVING these videos. I homeschool my two first grade boys and made the fatal mistake of letting them listen to the first 4 Harry Potter books this year and now every book suggested for their age is a complete bore to them. Whoops! So I’m constantly digging for good books to listen to together.
Hi, Lexi!! I was wondering if you could do a not book related video, and show us how you edit your videos!! I am in love with your little intro!! Happy Reading!!❤❤
❄️ Guess I’ll be going book shopping again 🤷🏻♀️
The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place is such an amazing series and the audiobooks are absolute perfection! They are adventurous, witty, and so much fun. You are going to love them!
Loved the video! I am going to try and read all of these! ❄️😍😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I loved nooks and crannies way more than I was expecting! Really good atmosphere and great characters!
Just wanted to say how much I love your content!
Your RUclips videos are some of my absolute favourites and I know how much time and work goes into creating them. They are seriously such high quality and so well put together.
I have gotten so many incredible book recommendations from you so thank you for that! I recently read The Strangers and Nightbooks after you spoke about them, and loved them both so much!
Ps. My 3 year old thinks your Halloween intro is the best thing ever and will make me replay it for him haha.
omg that means the world to me thank you so much Jocelyn❤️❤️❤️ and tell your son I said hi! 🥰❤️
❄ love your book lists. My TBR list keeps growing. Keep on reading 📚
I LOVED MAGYK WHEN I WAS YOUNGER! I hadn't thought about that series for a while, but it really got me into reading! It is such a good series!!
I loooooove that you categorize your videos like an essay. I do that all the time because I loved writing essays and organizing my thoughts 👌🤩
Omg I never noticed I did it like an essay until this comment!!! Romane you’re completely right!!!!!!
omg lexi i think you’re going to love the Vanderbeekers as much as i did. It was so wholesome and cozy 🥺
❄ I love so many of these. My TBR just got longer though!
I was really down today & just watching your past couple videos helped me so much! You are a ray of sunshine! Thank you ❤️ ☀️
The Incorrigible Children series is pretty fantastic
I luv your middle grade recommendations haul. Pls make more. Also the middle grade books have the most beautiful, mesmerizing covers ever. ❄❄❄
Also I absolutely ADORE your jumper! It's so beautiful (like you) 😂🥰

Ahh your videos make me feel fall vibes and love the mug❤️❤️❤️
Thank youuuu ❤️❤️❤️
You're right, it's way too early... But what the heck! 😂❄️
I am almost finished with the entire series, of green glass house and it is so so good!
Your sweater is EVERYTHING!!!!! It looks so cozyyyy!!!!!!!!
Snow and rose has awesome pictures in it too🤗 v cute
❄️ This video was just as cozy and warm and close to our hearts as those Middle grades books you recommended. ♥️ Just like a cup of tea and a hug from best friend. Thank you 🍀💙
My cozy middle grade queeeeeen!

Love The School for Good and Evil series. It’s soo good!! One of my favorite middle grade series.
My TBR list has gotten longer again! Thanks so much for the recommendations. I can’t wait to get started. 🌬❄️❄️
I'm so glad I watched this video. I need your energy and love for books to help me feel better! Whilst at work today we got called into a meeting only to be informed that a friend and colleague of ours passed away suddenly on Tuesday afternoon. We are all so shocked and saddened by this that we all have headaches from crying. Thank you for another great video 💞
Noooo. Dolly I am so so so sorry. From the bottom of my heart I hope you're doing okay and taking some time for yourself. I'm sending you a really really big hug right now ❤️❤️❤️
Dolly, So very sorry to hear your friend and colleague passed suddenly. That is very sad. Thinking of you in your time of need even though I do not know you personally. Be kind to yourself.💔
@@alexandraroselyn Thank you so much
@@LindyS1830 Thank you so much
you ARE CHRISTMAS VIBES. I would watch your videos just to get the Christmas feels! absolutely Love you and I saved Green Glass house for almost for a year to be read this Christmas thanks to you ☕️❤️
I hope you like it!! And thank you!!!
I mean!! All of these covers are amazing! going to add a few of these to my list for sure
I hope you find a couple you like Winona :)
A Wolf for a Spell by Karah Sutton - one of my favorite reads last winter. The Wolf of Cape Fen by Juliana Brandt - Lexi, I think you'd particularly like this one as it gave me Summer of Salt vibes, two sisters, on an island, but colder season (or rather, Summer of Salt, which I read after this book, gave me The Wolf of Cape Fen vibes.) And finally, How to Disappear Completely by Ali Standish - it takes place over several seasons but finishes up during the winter holidays. It was one of my favorite middle grades to date this year.
I loved this video! Middle grade is by far my favorite genre, and I'm so excited to pick some of these up during the cosy season😊
❄️ always such great recommendations! I want to add all of these to my TBR. I think you should do a video with all of the Russian influenced books. You’ve recommended so many that sound so good!
I’m not into middle grade too much but you make it sound so good. I think I tried Magick years ago, but I’d give that one another chance since I do like some middle grade. ❄️
Love these recs! ❄️
I need to read more middle grade!! I always mean to and then never do, but I tend to love the ones I do read!
Great book selection!❄
I've been having a really bad day and you have no idea how much comfort your videos bring me, I even gave a little a sigh when the notification popped up so thanks i guess
You have me hooked on Sophie Anderson’s books! I read her first two last year and plan to read Castle of Tangled Magic this year!❄️😊
Lexi, I LOVE The incorregible children of Ashton Place!
Also, you should read Breadcrumbs, is the perfect Winter book.
Wow this is the PERFECT list! I was just thinking I wish there were books that were kind of halloweeny/spooky/mysterious… but then also magical and Christmassy… and it seems they exist!!! 🤩🎉 Can’t wait to dive into this list! Thank you ✨
Also Malamander is SO amazing and atmospheric - enjoy!!!
Hey Lexi ✨ I would recommend the sequel to Green Glass House, Ghosts of Green Glass House. It is just as good! And the cover is beautiful 🦌
Hi Connor! I've been meaning to read that for ages now! I have it so maybe I'll put it on my December TBR! Thanks for the rec 🥰❤️
I would like to recommend out of my mind........the book is very emotional at times..........please check the book
I don't really read middle grade books but will pick one of you're recommendations and will give it a go, thanks .😍
Great suggestions, I am ready Straight on till morning. ❄☃️❄☃️❄
I have the cursed carnival on my kindle and I'm hoping to get to it soon. I read Christmas dinner of souls last year and I absolutely loved it!. I was thinking about getting Mistletoe and Murder on my next book haul and you have just convinced me to buy it. Great recommendations Lexi as always and such cosy vibes.❄
❄️Can’t wait!! I was just thinking I needed something to read in between now and Christmas and this ad perfect! ❄️
Omg I am definitely reading these
I really enjoy watching your vlogs. However, my Wallet has to cry because I always want to buy more books that you have suggested 😂🤣 ceep it up! ❄️💙❄️
Hahahaha oh no! But this comment made me laugh lol❤️❤️
Oh my gosh! Thank you so much for making this! I think I replied to your question on Instagram asking to give cozy Middle Grade recommendations and oh my god thank you so much for making the video!!😍😍
Yeah middle grades are the best in the cold season, so heart warming which is just what we need :)
Hey girlie!!! You always get me excited for the middle grade books!!!! I’m writing a novel and I’m wondering if I could somehow age it down to be a middle grade because I’ve been loving them so much!
omg congrats on your book! And yes I just love how cozy and magical middle grade is❤️❤️❤️
Hehe, your pronounciation of Sineád makes me giggle. In reality it's Shin-aid, which rhymes with lemonade.
Omg I would have never gotten that right haha! Thanks Lottie I'll be sure to remember that for the future 🥰❤️
Love these recs - I would absolutely throw the Winterhouse books by Ben Guterson in here as well. I'm so happy to see the Vanderbeekers books on here too!!
I love the sound of mistletoe and murder
Ooh so many of these books sound so interesting, I love middle grade books, hopefully I can convince my niece to read one with me… also you could have totally been an actress!
Hahaha thank you! 😊❤️
I love your mug 😍
We have already had one snowfall here in Norway. Sadly it didn’t stay, but in hoping for more real soon; ❄️.
You will love The Haunting of Aveline Jones, The Bewitching of Aveline Jones, and the third one (comes out in October) by Phil Hickes. I love them so much.
If you like Seaside books, you should look into Frozen Charlotte by Alex Bell. Its a ghost story set in the winter on the seaside. Very atmospheric!
Love your channel. I love your recommendations and you truly made me fall inlove with reading again. Thanks sooo much. ❄️❄️
Thank you so much for the kind words Abachia 🥰❤️
I'm in my 40's I love middle grade

Subscriber count = +1
Cuuute ❄️ I want to read more middle grades, and now I have some on my list 💕
❄️ love your middle grade recs!! Well, all your recs 🥰
I got so excited for The Castle of Tangled magic that I went to get it at the bookstore but it doesn’t come out until March 2022 😢
when i saw your videos l bought all the book you showed
❄️ love those recommendations. !!! Thank you ☺️
These all sound wonderful! I'm definitely reading Mistletoe and Murder ❤
You'll love Daughter of the Deep and Cursed Carnival, I read them both a while back and loved them. But if you haven't read a good majority of the Rick Riordan Presents books, you're missing out, and you might be confused as to what's going on in the short stories. Like the Storm Runner series which ended maybe a year or two ago, the short story takes place sometime after the events of the last book in the series. Kind of the same thing with the Tristan Strong series, except the short story ties in with the final book, Tristan Strong Keeps Punching. Just a heads up, I would recommend reading the actual series first, to be honest.
Just what I needed for the winter season and to finish off my reading year! ♥️
We love a cozy middle grade ❤️❤️❤️
I love fablehaven by Brandon mull. Not wintery but oh so good as series
❄always love your middle grade recommendations!❄
Love your middle grade videos. But I hate cold and snow! So you get beach emojis!! 🏖 🏝🤣🤣
