  • Welcome to today's video! In this session, Hannah Eden will guide you through a comprehensive full-body mobility warmup designed to awaken your muscles and get you in tune with your body.

    Even though I do these exercises, it's always good to see a pro demonstrate the same exercises.
    Why do you stay on your toes and keep your knees bent in the down-dog portion of the beast unload wave?
