- Trick question, they’re both awesome. Atlas was designed for smaller framed people but the handle and window are still large enough to be used by anyone - their high center of mass and smaller body size make them fly super fast; very fun to use. Apollo is a standard competition size, extremely comfortable and balanced for longer sets, but as you can see - still fun to fling around and juggle as well. Get yours at prokettlebell.com
is there any concern on if the bell land wrong and the Sharpe center hitting the arm.
No. It has happened with people who have bad technique, but it typically is corrected after just a few reps. It's an excellent training tool. The only people who have had trouble are ones who have bad habits and refuse to learn the correct methods.

Hi i am looking to order atlas or apollo as well. I am 6.2 medium slim built. which one do you recommend? been working with a competition style BOS bell 12kg ( for about a month)
