    After soaking it for over night also I am facing dry mouth issue after eating it. Is it not suiting me?
    Just need to know as after seeing your video I gave it a try.

    When we stand on a wooden platform and touch live wire we are not getting electric shock because there is no circuit for the current to flow. Dry wood is a good insulator and it is not that it absorbs electrons ,as you said.

    Good afternoon Dr. Sarla. Your lectures are good and informative. Thanks for the information you are giving . You are telling that we should soak millets, then dry and only then we should make chapati. This is not possible because no chakkiwala will go through this procedure, and this can't be one at home. We live in flats nd no facility to dry in sun. What is the remedy for this problem. Not only me, there are so many people who are facing this problem. It will help to all. Please reply. Thanks again.

      No if you soak in night dry in some cloth under fan it will dry very easily after dried go to chakki and make flour they will make for suree

    Hi....I am following all your videos and I have watched Dr.Khader's videos also. I am living in Melbourne and included these millets in my diet . I saw a recipe....millets vegetable khichdi in which the millet was roasted and not soaked . I cooked it today.....was tasty but is it the correct method ?
    To prepare atta for roti , for how much tim do we have to soak the millets or just washing is enough . Does this method apply to all the millets or restricted to some .
    Please do answer my questions as I am North Indian and here we are getting these millets very expensive...7 dollars per kg.

      No for any millet soaking is important for at least 4 to 6 hrs 6 hrs is best as the fibre has to be soaked then only its activated for making flour you have to soak the millets and sun dry it or dry it in your home under fan and then make a flour it not make a flour prepare a dough and allow it to rest for 6 hrs then knead the Chappathi

      By making them into a flour we can make millet flour by soaking and sun dry them and take it to a chikki your flour is ready while making Chappathi mix urad dal flour 4 parts millet flour and 1 part urad dal to get the Chappathi

    Pm Modiji ne swathantratha divs me kaha ki bharath abi se 'Make for world' apanayenghe.     YOU DID NOT TELL ME HOW TO COOK MILLETS.? THAT IS WHAT THE VIDEO ADVERTISES. SOAK THEM IN WATER, THEN WHAT? CHAPPATI IS ONE WAY. WHAT IS THE OTHER WAY OF EATING IT? YOU WASTED MY TIME BY A LESSON IN CHEMISTRY. DO I REMEMBER IT FIVE MINUTES LATER? NO. I AM IN USA, DO YOU HAVE A STORE IN USA WHERE I CAN BUY THE MILLETS AND KASHYANAS? THANK YOU.
