Very nice place, the sheldon reservoir i used to go to many years ago was nothing like that. Small parking lot , not big, trash everywhere. Think it was on garret rd or something like that
The first half of the video where you saw the gator and everything was Sheldon reservoir. The second half that had the fountains was a little park north of Sheldon in the Summerwood community
I see in you videos that you like to fish a worm at Sheldon. Headed there for the first time soon. Any advice on baits and places. Do you put in at the boat ramp on the south side?
I normally fish from the bank or in a kayak from the North side. Lots of breakins reported for vehicles parked at the boat ramp. I primarily fish the drop shot with a red shad worm. Chatterbaits and jigs are also good choices. Wacky works well too. Flip the trees and grass. Tight lines 👍🏼
Where is the fountain spot my son likes to ride his scooter while i fish and cant at the boat ramp i always go to the boat ramp..thanks for the heads up on breakins..this seems like a great spot for me and my son.

@@imright.2580 The fountains aren’t at Sheldon. That’s the pond in the Summerwood subdivision, about 10 mins from Sheldon
I've fished sheldon several times and have never had luck.
