Thank you so much. I’m a woman and my dad has taught me how to bream fish, but not much crappie fishing. I don’t have a depth finder, but I’m going to try your way and pray that I be successful. You are very detailed with your instructions.
Humm, all I want to know is that we have a stocked large pond , and there are plenty of fish, including some Sacalie …. I used to catch plenty of them, and we live in South LA. But because of the drought, we finally began to have rain to help us out slowly…. So, is there anything that you can do to help us…?anything to help us, and especially for me to catch Sacalie
My Favorite 903 Fishing Video. I watched this video approximately 20 times or more just to learn how to rigg slip bobber. I had seen them being used but your video walked me step by step and I caught my first and only limit so far using this back in March of this year. I really enjoy all the knowledge you share and look forward to many more videos. Keep up the great work!
My favorite video. I have slip corked a lot over the years but never thought about doing it in deep water. Makes you feel like a kid again watching the bobber go under
I like to use this setup often what I like most about is that you can also use a jig with it too thank you for taking time to go through the process... I love your videos!
Hard to choose one. But this is my favorite 903 video. This setup has put more fish in the boat for me than anything else. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
This here is one of my favorite videos because you took the time to show your slip cork setup step by step im new to crappie fishing but I currently have my poles rigged up with this setup I plan on bringing slabs In on the boat real soon

Now i catch way more fish to feed the family and have loads of fun!!!! Thank you for the video and everything you do no other you tubers do what you do thats why your #1!! Godbless

My bro finally a video that does not Just show us the instructor catching specks and saying I’m using a slip bobber and hook only. But doesn’t think it’s important enough to explain to those of us who are not experienced with speck fishing so we are not learning the Technique of proper set ups. Thank you for understanding a lot of us need proper instructions to learn properly. Thank you again my bro
For the 75K contest. This is my favorite video because I didn’t have any success with crappie fishing here in Michigan until I watched this tutorial and learned the proper slip cork technique. Because of this, I am now enjoying crappie this Winter during my downtime 🙂.
Finally a utuber that does not say this is the BEST way to do something.you explained from the get go that there re many ways but this is the way I do it. It works best for me. Good for you my friend!
This has to be my favorite video , I just recently got back into fishing beginning of 2023 , and you taught me about the jig and slip cork! I use it and have been trying to perfect the pop technique , trust and believe it has put some slab crappie in the boat!
This Video is my Favoriite video, because I never had a clue anything about a slip cork or even to rig this way, I watch this video a couple of times each fishing season to refresh my mind on the proper way to rig this up. With this video and all the rest of the videos I have caught way more crappie than I ever did before, Thanks Caleb and we are on the road to 100K!!
This is probably my favorite video as I learned a different way to set up verses the way I have always done it. This will allow me to lose less of my setup when I get a snag or break off. Thanks for the information. Great job on surpassing 75K
This is one of my favorite 903 videos because it showed me a proven way to rig a slip and bobber and it really worked for me. So for the 100K giveaway this is my favorite video.
This I just one of my favorite videos. I enjoy learning new techniques to put to use. Great video out of so many. 100k giveaway favorite video. Appreciate all the great footage.
Man, you make it so simple. It's not all about showing us. How many fish you can catch or how fast you can catch us. But what do you using where are you fishing how you located with your electronics You are doing a good job and you are making a difference. Been fishing all of my life 55 years. But i'm learning by watching you
This is my favorite video,is because once i found this channel and decided to try crappie fishing , i used this technique and with it caught my first ever crappie using it! #roadto100k
I have a lot of favorites but I love this tutorial. I also really like most all of the bank fishing videos. We have few areas to creek fish down here but seeing you do it is fun to watch. I actually caught a couple in the city pond ( nothing big) cheers
I liked this video because of information about setting up my crappie rig. I had been using the regular red and white ball bobble. So when I saw the slip bobble I was to amazed. Ik this may sound like I'm a rookie. Too some I might be but I haven't been fishing over 20yrs and decided to get back on the lake. I was looking for different rigs and this was the first video to pop up and I have been watching every since. So thanks bro you have been a big help on rigging and catching crappie. Now I have ppl telling me I'm addicted and I think I am. Keep up the good content. 👍
This is probably my favorite video because it got me started with the slipcork setup 2 years ago, which has helped my crappie game tremendously. #50k #roadto75k
I'm going to try this method on my favorite local lake. Its cold here and I recently tried using spinners near the bottom of the deep section, but to my amazement I hit loads of dead algae, grass, and gunk which I NEVER dealt with during the summer when I used spinners. I'm hoping this will let me target the deep section from above and avoid all the crap, just like you said. This was a great video - thank you
This is my favorite video. Very simple and effective way to catch fish. Had never seen this technique before I found your channel. I always have at least 2 poles rigged up like this when I’m on the water. Congrats on the 75k subscribers and keep up the good work.
Going to Walmart to get my slip bobber stuff for this exact setup. Can’t wait! Thanks for the video! Not a lot of vids out there that’s detailed about how to set one up. Good stuff!
I did not grow up fishing this way. It was all lures and sometimes vertical jigging over structure. This makes too much sense A million thanks. Subscribed.
Soooo thank you soooo much for this video. Im a beginner with very bad eyesight so I decided to use high vis braid line with a mono leader but I love the the idea of the slip bobber. I've been searching RUclips for "how to use a slip bobber with a leader" lol. I stumbled across your video to see how you rig your slip bobber. And wahhh laaaaaaaaa you're using a leader line tooooooooo ...This just made my night.... You should maybe put somewhere in the description that you're using a slip bobber on a braided line with a mono leader so the video can pop up for anyone who's searching. Most videos on slip bobbers being installed don't use leaders like you're doing..... Thank You Again !!!!!
I really like the idea of the barrel swivel.....I have lost way too many bobbers, etc. This setup makes a lot of sense. Going to give it "a go" this Saturday
We caught fish all day long....started about 10:00AM....headed back to boat ramp at 4:00PM...Brought 15 home....put back way over 40......didn't lose any bobbers....🙂 .@@903fishing
It has for sure. I’ve enjoyed the crappie we caught before the summer heat kicked in. Working on getting boat going to get out and hopefully catch more.
This is how my grandfather taught me to do it. Only we used two of the plastic stops on mono with eagle claw crappie rigs. I like the braid idea with mono a as leader, ive lost a lot of rigs to brush and piers bc they break above the swivel.
@@903fishing It's a great idea. I laugh at the critics saying too thick a line. Crappie rigs are thick as hell and still catch'em. Keep the vids coming.

Great video. Very informative. One question though. I’m handicapped in that I have no feeling in my hands, so I’m looking for ways to compensate. What would be the downside to attaching a swivel-snap to one end of the leader and attach it to the barrel swivel on the end of your braided line?
Question when fishing in 20' of water, does the bopper stopper slid through the rod eyes while reeling in the fish are do you have to reset it every cast.
The bobber stop, If put on correctly and trimmed, it will slid through the eyes no problem. Thanks for watching and the support! Any more questions feel free to ask! God bless
