The breading on the chicken and the creamy salad dressing negates any benefit from the salad.

Safe Travels. Love ❤❤❤ Miss Bailey❤❤❤. Give her a hug, smooches, & scratches behind each ear. I eat protein 3-4x a week & w/a big salad. I usually go through 5-6 tomatoes a week.
Likely won’t be able to comment for three weeks after next Wednesday. Having my left knee replaced (after my right one this past April ‘24). Hospital & rehab facility wi-fi won’t allow comments over their system, so it’ll be mid August before being able to comment again.

Dan if you have never ran 67 up to Poplar Bluff Missouri from Little Rock you should try it sometime. Soooo much better road and less traffic. I’m sure you have but I know it’s definitely a personal preference for me.
I feel bad for you, I live not that far from Arlington. Some potholes around there that could swallow even your big sleeper cab and some crazy drivers.
That was a hot weekend!
Talking about tires, nephew was passing a set of doubles on his way from Tx to Oklahoma he was about an hour from where he had to drop as he was passing he smelled bad tire, he thought it was the doubles, but he backed off and pulled off the off ramp to check his tires they all looked and sounded good, so he went on in, after he had dropped his trailer and was getting ready to hook up he saw that the driver's side steer was looking low. He opened up the hood and looked down and there was a flap of rubber hanging off the side. Of course they were worn enough that he had to buy two!
You Never want to Replace just one (1) Steer tire, Ever. 👍

Yes, salad does work. Just depends on what you expect it to do. That's my idea of a good meal. This old man got minor-sick and started a streak of losing 56#. Found 15# of it and stay right around there for a few years now. These old bones and joints appreciate the effort. Stretchy-stretchy-stretchy first thing out of bed. Stay safe! Thank you for these stories. This time of year, I put as much watermelon, honey dew and 'lopes in my diet as my system will stand. Extra sweet and easy to substitute for greens. Looking forward to eating too many apples soon. I've worked warehouses and pity most drivers.

Dan Dan The Salad Man!!! Great stuff, been eating them at least once a day for past 2 years, Lost lots of lbs. Just watch out for some dressings, they are sneaky slipping in sweeteners. Dan Dan the professional flat deck. Over a life time of eating the wrong things and at the wrong time I started a few years ago to change things. Boy what a difference it made. A lot of stuff I don’t eat anymore. Plus certain things I only eat at certain times. My body has different requirements at different times of the day and I eat accordingly. So eating a huge meal at super time is not the way to go. Hope your getting a good rate on the ltl. I like how you crossed chained those big I beams in the front. #2 I made an edge protector out of 3/4” plastic pipe. Doubles as a chain pusher thru the hole, was 8’

Why not DoubleCoin tires on the truck? Seem to be pleased with them on the trailer enough to buy them over and over.
I ran a set of Samsons, I had decent luck with them

Dan, I've been watching your videos for several years, great job! Does Mercer forbid you to haul partial loads? With trucking revenue down, the most important aspect in profitability
is revenue per mile. Utilizing every foot of deck space is crucial. If Mercer won't help you, can you use brokers for partials? Good way to pay for new tires. Keep filming, stay safe!

Those beams are scary, pretty sure some countries require a headache rack on the trailer for safety. Hate to see them pushed right through that huge sleeper cab!

So when do you get your new Dorsey trailer Dan?
Hey Dan, when's your new trailer gonna be ready or did you decide not to get a step deck trailer? I was thinking at the truck show you said it would take a month or so to have it built to your specs. Seems odd to buy new trailer tires unless you selling your trailer to another Mercer driver like when you sold your old rusted steel trailer.

Hello Dan hey like to ask you had mentioned that Dorsey trailer Co. Was going to get you a step deck trailer did that deal fall through or did you decide to stay with your Dorsey flatbed trailer. Guess you been staying busy that's a good thing.
How many miles do you usually get out of your drives and trailer tires?
I cannot imagine Super Dan with the blahs and low ambition/energy. Next time you visit your physician for a check up mention thyroid. I started taking a med for low thyroid a few years ago and made a big difference on my energy level but Im still not near as industrious as you usually are.
would of saved me from buying a lot of city maps if i'd had a gadget like the one giving you directions to shipper and reciever.
