- How did a 4-year-old boy die and who's to blame? Those questions were the focus of opening arguments Tuesday in the trial of a man charged with starving his son to death.
He looks pretty skinny to me in those pictures, and he looks like the water is the best he's ever had in his life. He must have been so dehydrated all the time. Poor boy didn't even ask for hamburgers or french fries or milk shakes. He just asked the monsters for some freaking bread, and they wouldn't even give him that.
i don't know how a lawyer can defend someone like that and live with it what would they tell there on kids after they defend someone like that
Not sure how that lawyer sleeps at night. I know everyone deserves a fair trial but no lawyer has to take the case. You have to be pretty heartless to take this one.

How can anyone deny a child food? He was begging. These people starved him.
and it doesn't look like they ever went without a meal in their miserable lives.

Ugh...this is so heartbreaking and infuriating
This poor kid was seen by Doctors shortly before his death and they didn’t see how starved he looked? Neither the father or stepmother should ever get to enjoy the outside of prison walls!
My son was small but you cannot see bones protruding from him like you see this child. My son was at the 3percentile on the chart. My son was small he was really small people would say oh you don't feed him like just picking on me but my son did not have bones protruding like this little boy. How in the world was she found guilty in only got 25 years and isn't serving life? I'm happy that he wanted to go to trial because once he's convicted they will give him the maximum. The little boy is standing there shivering asking for food give me a break nobody believes that that little boy was fed a proper nutritional diet. That little boy was systematically starved. But you never see the perpetrators they always look like they've had about 10 meals too many
