- Squad 7.0 is here, and with it, the Turkish Land Forces, with all their splenderous new toys. A marksman rifle with a spirit level, an MG3 with a red bit on it, a rotary grenade launcher, yeh I'm thinking it's a top tier update.

After the ICO, I realize the sheer importance of just being able to get some rounds down range. Even if I can barely aim, the suppression along with point firing has gotten me out of situations where, before, I would’ve been a dead man. Better make sure your first shot hits!

IMO the ınfantry side of tlf is like really darn good, except the no hat kit thing which sucks, but the armor side of tlf isn't that good, especially the m60t which is a glasscannon. it could work but the layers rn are just not that good, as an example there is a layer where the tlf only gets the pars 25mmx2 and 2 pars rws vehicles against the chinese vehicles + chinnnese wheeled tow, if they just adjust the layers a lil bit, it will be lot more fun

MEC is one of my favorite factions in PR. How can OWI not get their MEA faction right?
It must be due to the lack of player-pilotable CAS and fighter airplanes. There’s no other explanation that makes sense.

Love the MEC in PR for their G3s and such. Though yeah Squad needs attack helicopters and jets now (if Project Reality has them and Squad is its successor, then it should have followed suit)

"best faction" BRO it doesn't get a HAT kit, even shitty armor players from the other side will absolutely rail turkish forces, not rare to see BMP-2's with 100 kills because of that
It’s still balanced. They have 3 lat kits for a total of 5 lat rounds per squad without needing to reload. Plus a combat engi with mines, and 2 different dual purpose GLs to choose from. Mg3 and basically an m240?
It’s still balanced
LAT should easily solve any IFV situation with proper teamworking and tactics.
HAT is only really needed to deal with tanks, but you can work around it with 5 LATs.
It needs a different strategy and more teamwork, but it's easily done and acts as an effective way to Nerf a faction with the most potent anti infantry capability.
@@pluemas lil bro you clearly havent played the turkish, its hard to have 5 lat's in the same place, and for all of them to hit, im just saying look at squad playercount charts and they speak for themselves, went from 12k to 8k player peaks

The infantry side is fun, the armor side is pretty awful. It's a very unique faction but it definitely is far from being good imo
So basically their Armor is comparable to unconventional forces

only bad thing about tlf is they have the worst armor in the game. one vic doesnt even have a machine gun... but a shitty grenade launcher with no spread at all. the inf gameplay is amazing tho
The turkish forces are great until its my turn to play them, then they turn into the worst fsction ever and my team gets dumpstered. Curse of squad

There is no country that belongs to them xd so it is hard to add their “special forces” in this game
TLF is either too good in certain layers or just an underdog in other layers. Faction does not feel balanced.

Who knew that people would enjoy the new terrorist faction so much
They need to stop adding new poorly balanced factions and layers and focus on things like new balanced maps/layers or mechanics as i feel there are already too many factions that it's rare you get to play the faction you want to unless its a Russian or American faction. Most of the servers i can play with decent ping have the same rotation or when you can vote people always vote the same layers because they are the most balanced. I'm kinda sick of Russian and American factions, we need more variety and adding new OP factions isn't doing it.

Well, as far as I know, Turkey approved Sweden to join NATO. Hungary is the only one who isn't accepting.
