That's the video I've been waiting for. Although 5GB/10GB test is too small in my opinion. These cards might have some fast SLC "cache", but the rest of the card uses slower memory cells. You should try and copy 50-100GB file. Still not sure which one too choose :D. Not shooting much of hi+ burst, but I would like as much room as possible. Maybe I would get 1 standard and 1 prime to see which one is better for me and they buy more :D.
@@JoATTech glad that I decided to buy both cards to test out as well! Btw, I did test file transfers of 110GB video file transfer from the card to my Mac Studio. And the Standard card completed slightly faster than the Prime for some reasons! Overall if you don’t burst 24/7 on every single click (like sport photography, race car, sports etc), the standard is good enough I think
@@kendidshoots Oh ok, so I misunderstood the mac test. I thought it was 10GB file from the MAC to the card :D. Have you done 110GB file to the cards? The would be more interesting. I mean read test is interesting too, because I read usually 200GB of video files to my computer :D. I guess my USB ports are too slow for these cards :D. I shoot sports occasionally, I've seen one test and these standard cards clear the buffer slower than good v90 SD cards :(. But it seems that for video Standards might be enough. Though choice :D.

Yes sir ! Most important information is the Bit rates! Any CF express can do ALL video features a v90 card does !
