I just got intervied by Ritz Carlton personal. They want to know about your hospitality experience and your customer service approach, what I noticed is that Ritz Carlton want to hire people that really represents the brand in a proper way. Remember that Ritz Carlton customer spend in a life time at least $250k, so they want to make sure they honor their guests with the best experience possible. I hope to conclude my hiring process and get to work with them soon. Good Lucky for all that wishes to be part of Ritz Carlton's family. Remeber the key point in the interview is to show that you really care about the customer and you will do anything to make their experience as pleasure as possible. Love C
You nailed it! You keep this customer oriented mindset throughout the entire interview process and it will help you to answer the questions in a proper manner. Thanks for your valuable comment👍
@@reshapingyourdestiny I got the job!! ❤️
@@kittydemelo Congratulations😊👍. Thanks for the update!
@@kittydemelo i have received an application from RITZ CARLTON HOTEL Please tell it's real or Fake
I had an interview with Ritz a few months ago, they r very positive about me and so as me toward them, but due to some reasons i couldnt start the job on the date they want, so i had to decline the offer.
You know, when a Ritz says they keep your CV for future reference, they really do.
They phoned me again few days ago, to ask if I'm still interested, and they sent my CV to the higher management level.
About the interview with Ritz, I would say it's my best interview experience ever up until now. They are so kind n nice, how they talk make you feel relaxed, the whole interview lasted like 1 hour, as I was applying for a manager role, i got to do the interview with 3 people, but the interviews with 3 of them were just like chatting with a friend. I wish all companies were like this..
I just finished an interview at The Ritz Carlton at Fort Lauderdale as an intern! Really excited since I've been accepted as a culinary intern! ❤
Congrats!👍
Almighty bless me! Tomorrow is my Carlton Hotel Bournemouth interview for manager post! 🤒😂
Good luck!👍
Sooooo
I have an interview with the Ritz coming up in a few days and was curious if you could speak on some of the questions they asked? What areas should I research and prepare for?

Good luck with your interview!
I once had an interview that went on at 3 different locations, over 3 different days with 3 different groups of people. And at the end, I didn't get the job! I don't know how I was acceptable in the first 2 rounds or how I blew it on the last one! Ha ha.
It happened to me too a few years back. I had to go through 4 or 5 rounds of interviews. All went great! At least I thought... Eventually I had to undergo an online psychological assessment. The rest is history...😂😂😂 (I was not selected for the job)
u did not mention anything about interview... just sayong it was hard(((((((((((((
for 14.15 dollars per hour :l
