@@crazyvibes4320 Hi, Definitely research STAR Method Because that’s what they go by when you go to the interview the manager has a sheet with the questions on that sheet the majority of the questions are why would you like to work for Marriott and situation questions. Look at the sample answers even if you have to make up a short little story of a situation and how you took care of it then do that. It’s best to practice and be prepared because they will not like you not to answer any of their questions it will be not look good. Be calm And confident. And good luck I know you will do good as long as you practice you got this.

@@apexx696 it was for the host position. I don’t quiet remember what they asked, but it’s mostly your experience from your work job and what you did to make it better or overcome problems. Plus, the ones OP asked in the video towards the end is what they’ll ask you as well.

@@nonqabamnuna522 Hey, i interviewed yesterday and received a callback today. I felt like the family orientated perspective really resonated. Be well-spoken, transparent, and genuine. They even mentioned how it was refreshing to not see robot - like rehearsed responses. Also remember that people want to hire people they see themselves enjoying spending 40 hrs/wk with.
