But how do they clean the pot if they never stop cooking
Good Question - They empty the pot until there is a little bit left in the bottom and clean it with water. Then fill it back up with the soup and it keeps on simmering...

I’m confuSed how this is safe , on TikTok someone said people died from it and sensitive stomach
They do clean the pot out every night. They empty all but a little of the soup and clean the pot with water. Then they refill the soup and keep simmering all night. A portion of the soup is always cooking for the last 45 years.

HAHA, it was very bold in taste. The noodles were perfect.
Tried it a few times. Nothing too special. If it was really good there would be a line all the way down to Sukhumvit Road.
