I use that panel bond all the time. Heat kicks it so I can use some heat and speed it up if I need, You can spot weld throught it while its wet. the 90 minute time gives me plenty of time to work it. Most of the time I have enough to do on the vehicle, so I can glue it spot weld it and move on. Plus I have two stalls so worst come to worst I glue it and clamp it and move on to a different project. I have even used that same panel bond for tab repair on plastic bumpers. I am loving this project Josh, have a fantastic week.
👍👍 Outstanding video.
Thanks 👍 👍
All I want for Christmas is some more C Clamps!! Spot welder helped to turn the truck inner roof panel one more step to being finished. Nice work!
Can never have too many clamps.

I like using it so far 💯💯
👍🏻Looks good!
👍
You have to purge it, about 3inches before applying it to the panel to assure it is mixed.
Thanks for the tip. 👍
If you spot weld it the glue has got to be wet, if it's dry the welds will pop
Everything fits perfect until it gets glue on it .
True that 😅
