I don’t care for the layout. Way too crowded. Should a person suddenly become injured, there would be no room for a wheelchair use, medical scooters, a walker and even crutches would be dangerous to use. Yikes! 😬 Steep stairs are never a good idea in a home. Too many insurance claims awaiting to happen with that scenario. 😳😱 The sunroom should be heated/cooled for added value of square footage and have outlets for fans, etc while using and enjoying the space.
