let the hoop go down behind you and then you can slide down to the bottom bar - hold the straps with each hand and put one leg in front one behind the bottom bar - you end up sitting with one leg in hoop.
I am wondering.. when you are during the drop and your body is rotating, do you keep your hoop away from your body (to not hit your face with the hoop) or does it naturally move away from you?

Wow! This is so cool. I love this one! I am not sure I have enough height or strop length. Can you recommend a minimum height and length?
Hmm- try it first dry- meaning without dropping going through the thing a few times and testing how much you need at the top and bottom minimum. 🤗
How do you get out of it again?
let the hoop down- lift your legs so you don’t hit your feet and get out of the strop( this is the easiest way 😅)
