I'd love to see some videos showing an actual workflow/workday. You do the best job of anyone on showing how the features work together, but there's next to no content out there showing how this all works in practicality.
Thanks for your kind feedback. We also do have a video which may help, and we put out last week, titled "Microsoft 365 for Teams: Building a Collaboration Hub for Teamwork" and we show how the apps can work together for a Project - and we will do more of that type of video in the future too 😀
Love the videos! One area for improvement (for Microsoft, too) would be to take Loop a step further. We use Teams meeting transcripts, but Copilot's recap doesn’t integrate them directly, and action items from the meeting aren’t automatically converted into tasks. It feels like stopping at 90% of the race. Another point: in the Loop agenda, it would be great if it could capture attendees (like OneNote) and offer an option to print a PDF version of the minutes. There’s a lot to improve, but it’s promising to see things moving in the right direction.
Great video, and well expalined. Question We have just migrated to Microsoft 365 business basic, we have started working on teams. The problem is that the staff fails to check the Planner/tasks/todo - because they get so busy! Can they keep it 'always open' somewhere? What do you suggest they should do?
Is there a way to show the tasks created in a reoccurring meeting note into the planner of a Microsoft team? So that way we can have all the task linked together? I was wanting the meeting notes task to be from the team's planner tasks for that associated project.
I have noted that tasks created in the comments of a M365 app (eg PowerPoint) do not show up in “assigned to me” on Planner or To Do. Is this a planned feature integration in future or just a localized task planning tool per app?
Sadly, you are correct, the Tasks assigned in Comments are not allocated to Microsoft To Do (and then shown in Planner) and are rather a localised task allocation in each Office app
You can also set up a keyboard shortcut to add an email to your To Do. This is by far the fastest way in my experience-I can just breeze through my email without lifting my hands off the keyboard!
Hi. Is there a way to show all tasks for a workspace in Loop? It seems it creates a new Planner Plan for each Task component in Loop, which is kind of weird and makes it very difficult to track other's tasks.
Sure, I think you could try using Loop's Workspace Status, which summarises all the Tasks in the Workspace. I also have a video showing this on the Channel titled "Stay in the Loop: 7 Exciting New Features in Microsoft Loop!" and it's covered in Chapter 1 - so hopefully that will provide a possible solution for you? 😀
@@your365coach Thanks for replying! I also thought so, and I recall to have seen it there in the past, however it doesn't show anything there at the moment. Might be a bug or something under development. Hope it comes back soon.
Hi Scott, as always a great video, thank you. Can I warmly suggest you qualify that this. or any future functionality is not available on Outlook for OSX.

I agree, i'd love to see Copilot + Loop Meeting Notes come together and I am hoping we will see that soon too.

I think if you create a plan for the Team, then you could group them all in the plan.
Thank you. This is great. ❤
Thank you so much for the kind comment 😀
Is there any way to show the Planner tasks in Outlook To Do section? I dunno why MS doesn't make everything easily visible in the same place...
Well done. Many good tips in a concise video
Thanks for your kind feedback
Any plans to have this featured with IMAP email accounts? I'm interested in dragging or sending email to To Do and Loop.

Sure, i'll do my best - as I use Mac every day, and yes, we don't have all of these features sadly available to us
