Sadly, the best we could do (right now) is to use Folders within the Files Tab of the Channel. In terms of product feedback, the best place is to raise it here, which the developers then review : feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback

Wish can add sub-channels to a channel. That would help a lot.
