Joe Girardi’s best moment as a manager. When no one would back Arod, Girardi had his back 110%.

He only stormed out of the dugout because the Yankees got a warning for no reason. It's not until AFTER the ump gave a warning that Girardi stormed out of the dugout. If the Ump wouldn't have given the Yankees a warning, Girardi wouldn't have stormed out of the dugout like that.

Yea, Canseco was right a long. Said back in 03 how nearly 3/4s of the league were doing it, and they all blasted him for saying he was "breaking the code of the brotherhood" and "out to make money on a book", but he was right, because it all got exposed some time later, and then some. Funny thing about A-Rod, is that he was caught before in 09, but the latest case with him, it was never truly proven. He never actually did have a positive test for that, which is really fucked up when ya think about it. I mean, um, whatever happened to EVIDENCE in the Justice system? I get that baseball has its own CBA and all that, but still...some of his gripes were legitimate, but the yankees, holy shit, they were totally in on that whole thing too. They were basically trying to void A-Rod's contract and keep him disabled throughout 2013, and then hit the jackpot when he was caught with the whole Bosch scandal. Someone found out he was juicing again, and when word got back to the Yankees, they ratted him out. And here's how you know they were trying to screw him out of the contract. Mike Francesa was speaking to A-Rod's doctor that summer, and he said he was ready to go and play. The next day, the Yankees come out and say "that wasn't A-rod's doctor on Francesa's show" ...Lol...I mean, so what, Mike got a fake doctor on his show to say that, and would risk ruining his 20+ career as a sports analyst and radio show host? Just unreal, and the Yankees were no angels in any of that mess, as was MLB and Selig. They were all conspiring to bring A-Rod down big time, but A-Rod is a dumbshit too for doing that again. He doesn't need any of that stuff with the talent he has, and he is proving that his year.
As someone who has used exogenous hormones and roids before,, i can easily spot when they are being used, and i am more than familiar with what each one does, cycles, post-cycling, and all the techniques being used. It is very possible that he was able to pass the tests due to only taking 1-2mg of Testosterone before a game, as this barely would increase a man's overall levels. There is really no way a test is going to reveal that, unless he was taking like 500+mg of it. The whole thing with Bosch on 60mins saying how he had him peeing and using the cup midstream is pure bs though. If something can show, it will show, plain n simple, doesn't matter where you pee in the cup. Again, it was the dosage he was taking, being so minimal , why he didnt get caught. Arod is a dumbfuck though for taking GH and Insulin, which is extremely dangerous and not needed unless you're a pro BB'er. I mean, taking that stuff for baseball is just downright dumb. Messing with insulin so you can pound down more food and process glucose faster (thereby gaining more size in the process) is dangerous stuff. Soon as you put that in your body, your blood sugar drops, so you need to eat massively before, during and after, else you could have a damn seizure and wind up in a wheelchair. He was also taking Pregnenolone, which is a precursor for Testosterone, and actually can help beef up brain function and overall alertness, hence why Bosch had him on that one too.
In 09, he was taking Premabolan, which was one of Arnold's choice roids back in the day lol. That's meant to put some size on you.
All that bs that MLB was saying though, and Selig on 60mins, about death threats on Bosch, these people he hung with, all this shit about Bosch's co-worker selling MLB and the FBI the documents for 150k, is the biggest load of shit ever. I mean, the Feds coulda just easily traced the guy, or found out who he was via Bosch or his records, and got them that way...yet he just calls and demands the FBI pay 150k...yea ok lol. Just utter nonsense that is.

Coming back from suspension, entire sports world hates you, and you’re playing in Boston with the opposing pitcher trying to take your head off... Dempster was clearly throwing at A-Rod on purpose, and by the rules, he should have been tossed. As for Girardi, my team's a division rival of the Yankees, so I'm obligated to hate whoever manages the pinstripes. (No it's not the damn Sox, hate them just as much) I'm sure he's a swell guy, but as long as he manages the Yankees, I will hate him. Only Yankee I don't hate is Ichiro, because Ichiro is awesome. He got a 5 game suspension, but he wasn't in the pitching rotation to start in close to 5 games, so it didn't matter.

My bad for not remembering the suspension, but that is pretty ridiculous he didn't miss one start.

its a part of the game, always has been. Im fine with it as long as they stay at the numbers and don't go head hunting. Its policing their own sport, plus ARod is a huge douche so he can cry me a river.

I never did like Ryan “Dumpster” when he was with the Cubs. Being with the Red Sox doesn’t make it any better.

Fights are so much better to watch with the fans in the background

Alex Rodríguez manejo esta situación como todo un caballero con mucha madurez, porque otro se le va encima al pitcher y lo agarra a batazos limpios y con toda la razón del mundo.

im not a Yankees fan or Red Socks (im a KC Royals fan!) but that for some reason pisses me off. I don't get why he would beam him by a pitch. I don't like A rod but i wouldn't throw a 90mph fastball at em.

well said, nobody deserves to get hit like that

***** sadly intentional hitting can be part of the game, but it's wrong in all cases and immature. Not defending him because he did cheat, but this was not necessary.

I love how Red Sox fans just seem to forget about Ortiz and Ramirez

Girardi runs out, ump's response - "Yeah it was obviously on purpose. Not tossing him though, A-Rod deserved it."

He is still one of the best hitters of all time. Regardless. I was at that game, and I don't know why people would cheer when he got hit. I still like what he did, but it was very satisfying when he hit that home run. I don't like the Yankees but I was very happy for him.

Bullshit. How do you give a warning to both benches, but more importantly the NY bench, and not throw out Dempster despite brushing ARod back and later hitting him in one at bat?
