There are 136 slots to fill in Series 2 Books and the mission is to find the 1950-D Key Date Jefferson Nickel to complete the Series 2 Album. This is part 165 of the series (Boxes 191 and 192 for Series 2) and I do plan on updating it from each nickel box I hunt from this point forward until the nickel coin collection is completed!

FYI - The Dansco Album does not have spots for some coins but we'll be hunting these boxes of nickels for Silver Nickels, Buffalo Nickels, Proof coins, Old Jefferson Nickels (namely semi-key and key date nickels), Liberty V Nickels and 2009's for their low mintage.
Let's keep our fingers crossed and our eyes open for some valuable and rare Nickels!

Last nickel box I hunted I got 2 Buffalo nickels and war nickel I have in my few years of hunting only one 1950 D and it’s in my book now

Got a box today... first box in weeks from any bank. Sadly all news... but I have a bank that will NEVER sell me a box, but they will exchange all new rolls for a box of machine wrapped.
