South Island 9-1-1/Police Dispatch Centre Go Live on February 5, 2019 with central/southern Vancouver Island RCMP detachments and the Central Saanich Police Service.
This follows the successful transition of Victoria Police Department on January 22 and the Saanich and Oak Bay police departments on January 29.
