I was waiting for someone who give review about this programme and you finally did it.. please give updates about improving your eyesight and the other benefits of this programme. I am 22 years old. I do also wear specs having -3.75d power. I do also want to get rid of my glasses. If you can please make a detailed video on this programme including essential information to attend this programme. I remember that In one youtube video of sadhguru he said how many people corrected their vision and even sadhguru's daughter also removed her specs by practicing something.

Hello Vaisakh, I have been suffering from dry eye type problems for the past 4 months, it has been really bothering me, have visited various ophthalmologists but didn't find any solution. Can you please let me know how to do sunetra or how to find access to it as it's not available anywhere.

If you do from ashram it is mandatory i think. But one conducted by hatha yoga teachers outside anyone can do. Just check with the teachers before attending 😇🙏🏾
