I used to watch Shri Sadguru's speeches but for me this a new information. If I am in Coimbatore I should visit the Asram. I already saw the Maha shivarathri pooja and was amazed to watch it. I think the atmosphere is calm serene and wonderful and there is divinity every where. I am sixty six years old retired person and living in Maharashtra but originally belongs to Palakkad. I am eager to visit the Asram one day.

And my biggest concern is restrooms, 😂 typically that always comes to mind first. Don’t need anything fancy but clean. Another thing I’m glad you mentioned sleeping bag or blanket too. Very helpful and informative video, thank you for uploading. Also a very chill and sympathetic vibe about you, probably making you a good ambassador for Isha. I don't know in this way, because I'm already sold and has a three-day retreat coming up in december which I'm very, very excited about. If I complete it, I will be eligible for participating volounteer work in the ashram, as well as following more advanced programmes - which I'm also very exited about without having any plans for either. Just the possibilities opening up by doing this is incredible enough right at this point. Yeah, so thanks for this friendly and to the point introduction. Remember to pack a small pocket-mirror (I think that's already on the checklist, actually), gotcha!

How can I join isha foundation??
I lost my dad recently, have been following the teachings of Sadguru for awhile. I think am feeling a calling now and wish to visit the ashram and follow it's path of spirituality. Could you please personally guide me.
I also done my first volunteering this year at isha yoga center coimbatore it was for 21 days hatha yoga program it was like Blessing 🙌 for me ❣
