Offside Clip 1

The white team attacker is in an offside position when her teammate heads the ball on goal. Her proximity to the goalkeeper does not allow the GK to make an immediate play on the ball as she has to take the offside forward into account. The attackers offside position and proximity to the GK is referred to as, "Action with Effect." The attacker's action to be offside and in proximity to the GK, effected her ability to play the shot and thus the forward is involved in active play and offside is penalized.

I agree but they allowed the goal...It doesn't make any sense at all since it was offside interfering with an opponent.

Please remember the decision in the videos is not always correct. FIFA selects there videos as good examples and them tells us what the correct decision is. Sometimes the official sin the video are correct but not always.
