As a West African, I've so much loved Australia.

As of Jan 2024, Australia does not have Tiger Air and Scoot ( they are a Singaporeon airline), there is Qantas, Jetstar, Rex and Bonza and some other smaller operators. Also if you are looking for somewhere nice and relaxing away from high touristy destinations, areas such as the Sunshine Coast, Queensland is always a lovely area

Australia does not have a wet season unless your in the far North closer to the equator even though Australia has had huge amounts of rain over the past 3 years it can also go years and years without rain as its the driest continent on earth

If you have a US passport, you will need to get an ETA to enter Australia but you won’t need a visa.
