Don't lose sleep over it. Sometimes patient/offenders target certain staff, at that moment of time, to see what outcomes or boundaries unravel. Your staff at that time is your witness and protect you if further escalation.

    Great video Nick.
From what I’ve observed, and you probably already know this with your own extensive background, is that most inmates typically have conduct and oppositional defiant disorders. They typically loathe anyone in the position of power and tend to have sociopathic tendencies (I’m sure you know). From my experience it’s someone who has a deep hatred resentment against authority since childhood and has been carrying it with them for years. They’re angry at the systematic laws, hate feeling powerless which causes a great deal of shame, and will find things to hate about genuine individuals with good intentions such as yourself, not say everyone has good intentions going into your career.
Haha, and I absolutely agree regarding the patient advocacy. I actually had an interview for that position , and during that interview it actually crossed my mind while being interviewed, do we actually even help as advocates? Are we actually on the patients side completely? We are supposed to convince a hospital or place to do something for the patient, but not necessarily report anything? By the end of the interview, I didn’t even really want the job. Majority of them don’t even know the ins and outs of what it’s really like being on the floor.

All psych wards/mental hospitals r under the jurisdiction of the criminal justice system; they often use medical/mental health personnel 1 cover up (their) FBS!!!!!

You are doing great dont worry about it where I used to work I saw people writing grievances all the time about staff members(especially the manager/supervisor) lol people take things to personally or just get mad when you dont give them what they want. I feel like you didnt do anything wrong I think she was just mad about not gettinf the meds which seems like was the providers fault not yours. I think you should have blamed it on the doctor lol and you should have told her that the doctor did not order them.

Maybe her grievance was simply she had to do it in front a male. Not that she meant you had done anything wrong. You said she wrote the grievance was by Medical Staff.
    Instead of your name(s).
If she needed your name she would simply had to ask one of the staff.
I doubt this was revenge because she would have single you by name.
Many women don't like to be forced to be viewed by men.
You said she was new and didn't realize a male was present without her consent.
And she outright stated that she wasn't going to be stripping in front of no male.
That's the reason for the grievance.

I would much rather have a grievance filed against me than a walker thrown at me as I'm walking down a flight of stairs, leaving one's apartment.... Home health... Sounds like your line could be a little safer 🤣

The grievance against u was definitely misdirected; should've been against ur boss (i.e.: the chief psychiatrist.&/or ur direct boss).
