Resepi Red Velvet Butter Cake Viral / Butter Cake Premium / Golden Butter Cake
180g Self- Raising Flour
160g Castor Sugar
160g Room Temperature Butter
1tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs (Large)
1/4 cup of Buttermilk
1tbsp red velvet emulco
Bake at 120 degree for 60 Minutes or more (depends on your oven )
8 inch Baking pan
Low temperature of baking to prevent the crack and a pretty golden butter cake

Baru buat semalam. Buat 2 adunan & masukkan ke loyang 10"x10". Ikut steps , suhu oven & masa. Tapi buttermilk takde, saya gantikan susu+cuka. Alhamdulillah menjadi. Lembut & moisture. Semua ahli keluarga suka. Katanya sedap & tak terlalu manis.

Salam, hi! Would like to know if i can use butter anchor/golden churn instead of buttercup? Or it will give a different texture/taste? And also, instead of emulco, can I use coco powder + vinegar? And buttermilk change to yoghurt? Hope to receive a reply, thank youuu 😉

Assalamualaikum ukhti, I would like to know about buttercream. I made it by myself because it's so hard to find in bakery store. I put a cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of lemon. Is it ok with that? And, for how long it will last in fridge?
waalaikumsalam hi! 1 tsp is not enough dear…please add 4-5 tbsp more alright and just let it set few hours before you use it its alright…the balance you can store it in the chiller..it may last for 7 days 🙂

Red velvet butter cake. anak saya suka kek ini. dia suka guna cupcakes. Saya tak pernah buat saya nak try 4 biji telur. Tak de butter milk boleh ganti apa ducth lady fresh milk boleh. Red velvet emulco bakery shop ade tak. Saya guna buttercup ketul boleh. Kalau guna cupcakes bakar suhu Celsius dan minit berapa.
