Great video! I’m the youngest person in my area to own a 65 Mustang at 20 years old so it’s always cool to meet up with other owners and see their Mustangs as well as learn from them about my car.
@@samspace81 It’s the 200 inline 6 but it has a weird combination of features. I haven’t seen many with a vinyl top, luggage rack, and automatic transmission paired with that engine.
What a pleasure this video in the evening! I know everyone is all excited about the fastback but I love my C code Coupe 66 with its 289 about to get its 4 bbl! Many thanks for sharing Sam!
I don't care whether you're a GM fan Chrysler AMC foreign car nobody has lived until they get behind the wheel of a nice Mustang everyone deserves to drive one put it on your bucket list. 😊
@@samspace81 my favorite car will always be the Mustang. I'm 60 now when I was younger I owned 2 1970 Mustang coupes one was a 302 2barrel The second one was a 3514v ho cleveland And my very first car was a 65 Coupe. 289 hi po t-10 4spd detroit locker rear. My other favorite cars of all time 1970 hemi Cuda, 1969 427 RS Camaro, 427 Fairlane, 67 Corvette convertible with the turbine knock-off Wheels ect ect I could be here all day 😄. sorry, i only made it to the 4 minute mark before i felt the need to go take my 65 gt for a cruise. i'll watch the rest when i get back. some beautiful mustangs. i have a 65 gt and a 66 coupe restomod. but i only wish i had a 67 fastback. that's my dream car.
I ❤ the 73 Mach 1's. My favorite movies have them: Gone In 60 Seconds (the original) and Marked For Death with Steven Segal. Mad Max drove a black 73 Ford Falcon which is similar. Also a red one was in Diamonds Are Forever a James Bond movie. Just sexy cars all the way around. I'm glad others don't like them as much because more on the market and less competition!
Sam , at 12.40 the Mustang has Lucas Square 8 spot lights in the grille . I thought these were exclusive to the British market . They were actually a factory option on the first Jaguar XJ6 saloon (sedan). I had a pair on mine . ( It was second hand !) I never was rich ! Thanks Sam
Why is it,that Mopar and GM people comment on a Ford enthusiast video, and dis on Fords?.What is your point?. Couldn't say,"hey, nice cars"." I have a nice Charger".Mopar and GM fanboys carry this loyal crap way over the top.

That is unusual, thrifty buyer wanted good fuel economy and planned to do some traveling :)
@@samspace81 The original owner was actually a door to door salesman and wanted a car that was good for the job but also was new and cool.
Sounds like I nailed it! Very cool that you know some history on it like that. Hold onto it

People are under the impression all old cars are huge boats...but i think the older cars are smaller in many cases and more aerodynamic
True, many not as heavy as appears either

I must have missed it... where is this at?
I attend shows all over the country, that's a compilation video.
Mustang died after 1970 in my opinion...
1971 Boss 351? ;) Appreciate you watching Kurt! I'm not a fan of '71 up fastbacks, can't see out of them
Nice cars but , I like a 72 charger se. Slap stick better
