Preach it! The only thing I'd modify is that you should create a data dictionary whether or not you *plan* on revisiting the dataset - in my work, at least, it seems I inevitably do. :/

Hi, how are you doing? I am not too familiar with Data dictionary: I have a question: How do I create a basic data dictionary for patient registration; What should I include in the tables? Would this include patient age? DOB? Height? Weight? ETC. Can I use a word document to create data dictionary? Thanks. waiting for your respond.
