I love these vans. My grandad rented one as a motor home and that’s when I fell in love with it. Then my parents used one as a moving van which made me love it even more. This van is beautiful strong and comfortable. My heart beats for you ducato
I work on a Peugeot boxer ambulance (63 plate) and my crew mate makes fun of me for taking so long to adjust the seating position when it’s my turn in the drivers seat. Thanks for giving me a video to show him to prove that I’m not the only person who thinks seating adjust is a pain in the ass!
Good review , i have had one of these for 6 years and he about nailed it , very good vans you can put 1525 inside if you need to in the lwb and that beats sprinters
Touch screen..parking sensors..cameras and controls on the steering wheel make all the difference and a pleasure to drive...on and cruise control and air con
I drove a LWB Fiat Ducato once and I hated every second I spent in that vehicle. The Ducato and Boxter are basically the same van, just with different badges and the Fiat has a 2.3L diesel. The ride is very harsh and very bouncy. Unless you have a suspension seat - your back is gone. Then there is the noise. Take this thing above 2000rpm and it's like you're in a touring car race. Loudest van ever. And the driver's seat is terrible! After an hour of driving, I had to pull over, cause I had back pain (And I'm 26!!!!). No lumbar support, no extra padding and the headrests are a joke. Every bit of the interior feels cheap (I know it's a van and you can't expect luxury, but come on) Every other major van (Transit, Sprinter, Crafter have nice interiors) I dislike having the handbrake on the driver's door side. It's cool in a funky Italian sports car, it's annoying in a van! The anchoring points on the floor are a joke. You could probably break those off with your hand. Hop in a Sprinter and you'll need some serious power to damage it's anchoring points. I dislike the indicators and the wipers. Indicators - quick tap and they flash 7 times, not the standard 3. Wipers - quick tap and they jerk a little, but don't do a full wipe. I'll take any other van over this. Best van I drove was a full spec 319CDI Sprinter, that thing was as comfortable as my 2007 E420CDI with air suspension, no joke! And finally there is the new Fiat smell... All new Fiats for some reason have a slightly fishy smell. I'm not kidding, Fiat new car smell is a bit like smelling a mackerel that's starting to go off. I do hope the Peugeot variant is a bit better than the Fiat. But even if it is, I'd steer clear. If I had to buy a van - Sprinter.
Every driver needs the LGV 7.5t license to drive the 4 ton Boxer at any age no matter how long you been driving. Those who have grandfather rights already got the license, but then still CANT drive it without taking the CPC
In less than 1 year my new Peugeot Boxer L2H2 van had had a leaking windscreen X 2, new headlamps X 2, last week the remote central locking failed, the brakes a very squeaky, the sat nav has a mind of its own, leaking oil filter, various messages on the dash, I would definitely NOT buy another, nor would I recommend to anyone. Thanks
IThe "2.2 HDI" acronym itself does not tell us much. This acronym has only marketing value. In fact, behind it there are 2 unrelated engines: PSA DW12...., 2179cm3 and Ford Duratorq ZSD-422, 2198 cm3 (Puma family, commonly designed by Ford-UK and PSA). By the way, or some reasons many people think the Ford engine is designed in Germany(?!) Until now I could not figure out which of two is used as "2,2HDI" in 2013 Boxer/Jumper. The Wikipedia Ducato/Boxer/Jumper site states that the ZSD-422 was installed only until 2011. But the engines table on the same page it indicates that 2.2HDI is of PSA DW family and has 2198cm3 which is just more confusing. Generally, from what found, the PSA DW12 is considered more reliable. Can anyone tell what engine i used on 2013 Peugeot Boxer/Citroen Jumper as 2.2HDI ???!!!
At last they've seen sense and used cam chains and ditched those crazy cam belts that when they snap destroy the whole engine, at least chains give a little warning when they stretch by rattling, of course if you ignore the warning signs and it snaps or jumps a couple of teeth then your in shit street like the belt driven one but on average a chain will outlive a belt. I hope all manufactures revert back to chains because a lot of operators have paid a lot of money out when the belts have snapped.
watch out for automatic transmissions on budget cars vans nowadays, they are usually semi-automatics wich can be expensive to fix when the warranty is over....
It's an overal good car but 2 points, the visibility, mirrors are very big yet they are so zoomed in that you can barely see the entire lane next to you, the a pillars are HUGE and the windows are bad for good visibility too. Second is the steering, it turns 2 times to one side, while most vans have 1,5 times. This ends up you having to do a lot of steering and it's not good for fast driving either. Ford transit is the best car for all around van
WELL YOUR COMMENT IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH...WHAT IS BASED ON FIAT IS THE BODY....THE ENGINE IS FORD...FOR YOUR IGNORANCE...A FORD PUMA...AND YEAH FIAT DUCATO ALSO HAD IT AS WELL AS FIAT CAR 2.0 ENGINE...BUT WHAT IS GREAT ITS THE DUCATOS 2.3/3.0 FROM IVECO...WONDERFUL HEAVY DUTY ENGINES...SO YEAH NO PEUGEOT BOXERS FROM 2006...HAD A FIAT ENGINE...BASICALLY FORD ENGINES...AND THE LATEST...BLUEHDI 2.0 ...FROM PSA (PEUGEOT/CITROEN)
New Peugeot grille is hideous in my opinion. Manufacturers these days seem to be competing to make the biggest and ugliest grille possible. I mean look at the brand new Iveco Daily, what a dog xD

I drive peugeot boxer and yeah my friend ..my back is killing me when driving... at 27 y old haha
Cup holders are called CUP holders for a reason! That bottle clearly doesn't fit. Bottles are to be put in those door bins
great reviews, keep up the great work and more reviews please Renault Master, Fiat Ducato etc. thanks.
Why does no one seem to mention the length or height of the rear. That’s a key point missed.
that cup holder has been changed XD, theyve added a cup holder to sit into that holde which will actaully keep your drinks in properly
I love my citroen Relay

Can you do more reviews off vans?
Hi Mat Watson here from Carwow.......
No passenger airbag!!!! Also, cam chains need tensioning periodically. Not to be ignored or you'll get a messed up engine.
Don't understand why they even offer a manual. Just give it a 8-speed auto for economy right?
Price, serviceability, running costs.
watch out for automatic transmissions on budget cars vans nowadays, they are usually semi-automatics wich can be expensive to fix when the warranty is over....
Fuck off most people use manual.
no launch control?
Lmao
Great reviewer!
