I like the subdued cool earth tones. I'm not sure how to characterize them. I like a bright kitchen so you can see what you are doing. Great floors. The commode room is too small; you have to get too closed in to clean and repair it. Otherwise, I love the house. Thanks for showing it.

Wow! First Class Home here. I prefer top loading washing machines and I don't think I could handle the road noise. How do you get internet access? Also, they are making Storm proof homes now, are these home storm proof?
You should have called it Brooklyn or Manhattan or New Jersey... That would better describe Denver NC. Nothing rural about the massive amount of traffic on Business 16.
We designed our craftsman style home in 2016. See a lot of the same design we have. Nobody in the central NC area was interested in courtyard style craftsman. Why are builders still pushing front porch entry homes in the country with 100 ft. sidewalk all the way around house ? That style is designed for neighborhoods with sidewalks. A nice courtyard design facing away from single wide trl. and hillside would have worked well. We had to hire a custom builder using our own plans or would have had to settle for what you show here.
I guess when you build a house it is either in a hole or on a bank. Managing water runoff must be a real challenge. If I were going to build a high end house like that I would spend the money and find a better place to build it.
